The truck was terrible and should be taken off the road. It was vibrating between 40-80km/h. Don't think I'll rent a u-haul ever again.

Kim K.The location is paperless which is environmentally friendly but their needs to be a working internet that doesn't delay getting you vehicle for over a half an hour . On drop off it was the same , representative wasn't there , argumentative when requesting a copy of the bill and took almost an hour to drop off the vehicle . With such difficulty we would NOT rent from this uhaul location ever again . Being late on a moving day which is already difficult is unacceptable when it happens st both ends of the day ! We hope thF other customers aren't treated this way . There are other rental companies ….
SHERILYN U.I felt unsafe dropping the vehicle back off after done. There was an unknown person there watching me drop it off and was on the phone I believe trying to book the uhaul for a rental. It made me very nervous that a uhaul representative was not onsite to monitor the transaction and ensure that person did not interfere with the vehicle I was returning in a way that I may be held accountable for. I am a single female and the situation and unmonitored location made me feel unsafe. I will not be using the mobile pickup again as I didn't realize it would be a completely unsupervised site and not just a no-contact or curbside pickup type exchange.

Susan R.It was very stressful and time consuming to figure out online. I would strongly prefer an in person pick up. Someone to direct you and ask questions. It's not the location per say I just do not like the online only pickup.
Christopher B.Charged $206 for 2 hours?? Gas tank was at 1/4 tank I drove 11 km / 7 miles and was charged a $30 fuel service fee and $30 for fuel. $30.66 for 14L is $2.19 per litre. I've never been charged these fees using this service. $200 for 2 hours is insane
KEVIN C.The place where this truck is being kept was pure ice. I fell multiple times and the truck could not get up the hill due to the ice. The truck was dirty and the back was frozen shut. I contacted Uhaul, who said this is an issue with the property it is kept on. However, I told them it could be a liability as their property is being stored at this location.
Barbara N.Well when you give a receipt for $101 and then check your visa and you actually took $122. This does not sit well. Your receipt authorizes what you say your taking. I suggest you put the rest of the money back.

GINO M.Had scheduled a 10am pickup, but dealer did not arrive until 10:45. Equipment was placed on my vehicle incorrectly resulting in the trailer coming off my hitch. It luckily caused minor damage to my vehicle and trailer. Would not recommend this Uhaul dealing in the future.
