The truck that I had rented the transmission is going and I couldn't go past 10 miles an hour it I couldn't get to my destination at a reasonable time I was behind and scheduling I was very unhappy with this truck that I rented I would never use U-Haul again or recommend anyone to you all cuz they asked me I tried calling to speak to someone and every time they hung up on me so no I am not happy at all the location is fine but the truck was not
Hester JI don't really recommend U-Haul locations and I had to travel to pick up when I have a U-Haul location in my own town. I ended up have to do the reservation process twice on my phone and then again when I picked up. I was later sent a question wondering when I was going to be there to pick up the trailer I rented form Stoughton and that came from the U-Haul in Evansville. So, I ended up cancelling the reservation I wanted a day after I already picked up from the one I did not want. However, that may be as on me as it is on you, and everythign worked out just fine. So, I am good.

KAREN DIt is sometimes difficult to find an employee. I get it, you've got them running the entire site by themselves. But, a paging system might help your customers notify your employees that they have arrived and need some assistance.
DAVID HMake sure the trucks are fixed when needed, make sure the gas gauge matches paperwork for each renter and the person renting the equipment knows what they are doing!! It took us almost an hour to get the truck after we had to another 45 minutes out of our way from where I originally scheduled the pick up. Needless to say I was not happy!!!!
Jodi DClean trailer. Dirty billing. I booked in the app and explicitly declined SafeMove, and it still showed up on my final invoice after return (about $8). Whether this is a “partner location” checkout issue or just careless processing, it’s unacceptable and optional add-ons should never be charged unless the customer clearly agrees. Customers shouldn’t have to audit receipts to make sure they weren’t charged for something they refused. Fix the checkout process and require a final charge confirmation before closing out rentals.
