The pickup process was a bit confusing. Upon reservation I had chosen the counter option to pickup my vehicle, but this location was self-pickup only. I didn’t know that until I got there, so it took me an hour longer to get things sorted out. The process, once figured out was very easy. My vehicle didn’t have the furniture dolly I had requested, but at the end we didn’t really needed it. The phone support was very helpful and my only lifeline during the pickup and return processes. I still recommend UHaul and -now that I am more familiar with how things are done- I will use this service at this location again for its convenience.

uploading photos at truck pick up repeatedly crashed, the phone camera was picking up on the flashing of the digital odometer reading, being able to skip to manual entry was the only way that it worked.

RODELIAH PThis is the second time within the last two weeks my reservation was changed at the last minute and I was forced to go to the Gosling location. Each of them two times, the nice lady seemed to be confused on how to check out the rental. Each time she had to call someone that seemed to be the manager. Looks to me there is a training problem. On top of that, the van that was reserved for me was filthy dirty. The windshield has not been cleaned at all. This is quit dangerous at night. Cargo space is duty with loose dirt. Exterior running boards have red dirt/clay accumulated. This van has not seen a car wash
