Poor pickup and poor drop off process. Perhaps the issue was that I was on the later side of service hours at thaxton market, but staff were confused about process and truck types.

Jesse TThe staff was awesome! The U-Haul “system” kinda sucks sometimes. I reserved a truck at a certain time for what I needed. Then got called and told I was going to get a bigger truck at same price- suppose that’s ok. I didn’t notice though that they also changed the time- not cool!! Thankfully, another customer was early returning a truck (also due to a U-Haul system issue) and the staff quickly got me rolling almost on time.
