Amy NPlease make sure your trucks are clean inside. This makes a huge difference; at least to me it does. * The pickup location was fine. The people there were extremely helpful. I 99% of the time I only use my cell phone as a phone. Without their help, I probably would have been lost. * The trucks maintenance I assumed was fine. I did not check the engine, bur did examine the tires. * The interior of the truck was dirty. The seats and steering wheel felt sticky/tacky, the plastic cover behind the steering wheel was dirty, as were the floor mats. They had dead grass scattered all about. The console had some kind of drink spilled in it, as well as down the sides of the console. I wiped down the steering wheel and plastic cover, driver's seat and armrest, and cleaned the console inside and out. * The cargo box was dirty inside. It needed and received a good sweeping before use as well. It took me a while to go through the truck inspection before leaving. It provided the ability to upload only one photo per category. It would have been nice to have the ability to upload two or three photos per category. In some instances, one photo was not sufficient.
