I pulled the truck in, turned it off and dropped the keys in the box. I don’t believe they were open. There were no personnel to help..
Aside from the location using your app is difficult and hard to navigate. I also had no idea that I was supposed to do all the extra things when I dropped it off so I just dropped it off and left it. It wasn’t until I got home that I realized I was supposed to take pictures and do all this other crap again your app is dumb. I’d also like to know why I’m being charged 14 more dollars than I already paid..

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. As for your corporate clowns, one of them attempted to cancel my reservation two hours prior to pickup. Thank God the local staff had the professionalism and common sense to honor a reservation that had been made in advance. Shame on You!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No real issues. Parking lot was a little muddy, but it's a gravel lot and a lot of recent snow melt. There's a bit of a ditch pulling into and out of the lot, had to navigate it slowly to avoid bottoming-out. Maybe install a drainage pipe and cover over it to improve the approach. The owner was pleasant and helpful.

I was very impressed with the truck. It had more power than I thought it would. Although it was loud in the cab the trip to Missoula was uneventful and the seats were comfortable. We will need to make another trip out to Missoula with a truck and will be renting a U-Haul truck from the same dealer in Brookings SD

Small issue with the truck mirrors being loose. Facility needs to check small details like this to maintain complete safety for renters. Mirrors would not stay in place after adjusting. They would drop out of adjustment within 2 minutes after starting down the road.

The return was not that good. After contacting and notifying them that we were on our way to return the trailer, there was nobody there when we arrived. All doors were locked and my wife knocked on all doors with no luck. It was 1635 (4:35PM), and they close at 1700 (5PM). I had to unhitched by myself with no help. Not nice, not cool! I did not appreciate that at all!
