Not make obtaining the key so difficult. Having a person on site to assist would be helpful as well. A 15 minute process took over an hour for a simple pickup. Your app has a ton of glitches. I was not happy with the app at all.

The guy who was to help was rude and refused to let me in the office then refused to serve me. Had to call the regional manager who was incredible. Very good service with him!

The man that helped us didn't hitch the trailer for us my husband that has a bad back had too. Bad Customer Service. What do they get paid for just to let the customer do there job. He also said he didn't have to explain anything on the contract because we were putting gas. He needs to be retrained and needs to do his job in hitching the trailers and not letting the customer do it.

I just want to say thank to the person in the location because he was friendly, helpful, understandable he treated me with kindness and welcoming actitud. About the truck I would like to say that didn't have the gasoline that supposed to have thats the only comment that I have. But I would like to to come back to this location and recommend to a friend.

We had to call to find a location which was fine, the man was not overly friendly but give us directions And told us to park it out front. Its like he didn't want to bother with us. That whole scenario was not inviting. I would not go back to this place again. He did not help or offered to help us unhook the trailer.

More employees to assist. No repair facility at this location and some lights did not work on trailer. Only had one cross country trailer, so had to take this one or nothing.

Have all the equipment ready to go, so when I arrive I can take off. But no I had to drive to another location of pick up a Dolly my reservation had it on their. The people at the location need to be more knowledgeable about what they're renting my truck was dirty smell like weed.

The truck had a front tire out of balance and the steering wheel shook very bad. I turned on the windshield wipers and the rubber all came off. The people at the rental office were great on both sides.

I did not appreciate the Pickup location was changed from where I was expecting. I got a text asking me to confirm. When I called the person on the phone was like oh ok thanks for confirming good bye... no details at that point the location has changed for pick up. When I did get a call I was not available and by the time I saw the voicemail- you're phones were closed. I would recommend a brief video on how to open the specific type of lock on the steps during retrieval for the exact location; I had a hard time opening the master lock with the code. The marking X of damages needs to be update more frequently... there were clearly other damaged spots that were not marked appropriately when I picked up the truck. The utility dolly I reserved was not in the uhaul; we got one from another truck. Being that the facility is closed on Sunday that would have posed a BIG problem for me since I was on a time crunch to move and when I make a reservation I expect uhaul to live up to its end of the deal without me having to be inconvenienced. I appreciated the self help option... but you all have some tweeks to make it seamless.
