While the Stack and Store Mini Storage in Edgewood provided good customer service, our overall experience with U-haul during this rental process would be rated as poor at best. U-haul changed the location of our rental pick up without notifying us which resulted in >100 miles of driving around Maryland and a several hour delay in our move.Jonathan L.

Watch out if you return after hours. The clerk never told me that if you don't process your return online then they will charge you a $20 fee. Even worse, he didn't tell me to NOT drop the keys in the night drop box until AFTER you finish the online return. The online process makes you take pics of the odometer and the empty back of the truck along with outside pics of the truck location. Fortunately for me I took the odometer pics before I returned the keys! I was not happy!KARL P.

Great experience and easy to check in and out. Only thing I would say is that the truck had a lot of miles on it. Had I been moving very far I would have been concerned about the reliability. However for a mostly local move it was more than adequate.Nathaniel P.

With the constant UHaul website issues, the check-in process is ridiculously slow. Also, a friendly rep would be nice; The guy I dealt with was quite indifferent about the website issues. It took 25 mins to get my truck checked out.Ron L.

This location (MIke) was very accommodating. After U-haul had to change my rental truck size (down sized), rental pickup time(later) , and rental pick up location(further away). Mike went out of his way to get me closer to my original pickup time and truck size. I would recommend MIke to Anyone . U HAUL I WOULDN'T RECOMMENDNicholas G.

Truck was old and pretty much shot. They left us with no furniture covers or dolly so the move was not good. Overall the experience was terrible.NICOLE L.
Nearly 20 minutes waiting for online confirmation. Person working inside facility said it was Saturday morning lag. Said he could see it on his computer. Wait a few more minutes until helping customers in front of me and he will help. Minute his customers finished and left office, the online approval happened. Either I was lied to by him or the online system sucks. Or both as this was a waste of my time.DANNIE D.
