I reserved a 4x7 trailer but was given a motorcycle trailer which is not a big deal, however I was charge the higher rate for the motorcycle trailer then the original trailer that I reserved.

ricky kWe rent from this location frequently and have always had great experiences with the staff—they're friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Unfortunately, our most recent rental had some issues with the vehicle. When we arrived at our destination and went to start the truck, it wouldn't start at all and had completely lost power. We had to open the hood, and after jiggling the wires connected to the battery, power was restored. The truck then lost power multiple times during the drive home as well. We appreciate the excellent staff, but the condition of this particular truck was disappointing and created unnecessary stress during our trip.

Dennis SI had rented furniture dollys on the website but this location did not have any, which was a setback. However, everything else was fine.
Roberto RI have been renting "ramped" trailers (12x5, 9x5) from this location (Ronnoch) for numerous years (lived in this area for 20 years). I have had a 2023 Sorento hybrid for the last two years. I have never had an issue being allowed to use any of these trailers with this vehicle until this time. Now all of a sudden, I was told (after booking on line) that my vehicle was not capable of towing anything larger than a 9x4. If that is the case, you should not have taken my credit card and allowed me to book that trailer. I had to make last minute adjustments in order to accomplish what I wanted to move. this was irritating and time consuming and uncalled for.

Dennis PGot there early, still waited in line for half an hour because there was 1 person checking people in. I tried the"skip the line thing" on the app only to find out every person in line has done the same. Took away too long, need more people working. All this after uhaul decided to change my pickup location to this location from a better location.

Ahmad RI was charged a $50 cleaning fee for a trailer that I returned cleaner than I received it. The inside was filthy when I picked it up and I took pictures of it because of that. I swept and used a blower to be sure there was no dirt or debris that could have been left inside before returning it. I will be contacting the rental company first thing in the morning to dispute this unfounded charge.

Ricardo VThere were not a lot of places to drop off the truck. I ended up partially blocking the sidewalk. This is not related to the pickup location, however the Pickup Phone App was cumbersome with a lot of steps and took over a half hour to complete. Scanning my license kept failing and I couldn't get past it for over 10 minutes. I ended up getting to my house 15 minutes late for my movers!

ROBERT RMy only complaint is they asked for a destination. I gave them an address in Marianna, Florida. The address they gave me for drop off was in the next county over about a half hour away. When 2 minutes down the road there was a U-Haul lot. I would like to be reimbursed for the hour drive. I wasted taking it to the middle of nowhere. The address I was giving was in the middle of the woods. The actual place I had to drop off was 2 mi from the address I was given. Not happy. I can leave you my address. JOSEPH OThe ladies were oustanding in their knowledge and were very pleasantly professional. The only negative was that the trucks driver side mirror was loose and had to be constantly adjusted. Otherwise, the truck was a pleasant drive. I would not have any issues with renting from this location again.
ROGER BI was very frustrated that I had selected a different store and was swapped to one further away for pickup and drop off due to availability. This in turn forced me to use more gas and well as more of my time. I’m confident I was charged by miles out on the vehicle and I’m frustrated that I likely paid for more due to these changes. No one ever apologized or offered anything to make up for it , there was no concern. I was just told here is the change of plan have a great day. Did not feel appreciated as a paying customer.

ALAIN SGood except no key in box for my mobile check in so I had to wait around for an hour until they opened. Also paid my movers an extra hour for waiting
John TThere is insufficient parking space and directions for dropping off equipment. U-Haul shouldn’t expect customers to know to drive and park on the lawn at the side of the road. A real parking lot would help a lot. The manager was very lazy, uncaring, and unhelpful. I will use U-Haul in the future, but I will not use this location.
