The only issue here is the parking lot is tight and can get very busy.

Amber PIf zero stars were an option, that is exactly what I would give this Maricopa U-Haul location. My reservation was originally made as a one-way rental. An employee at this location changed the reservation right in front of me. When I questioned him about it, he assured me that it was still one-way and that I would not be charged by the mile. That was clearly not true because I was later charged mileage. They also added an extra-day charge even though the truck was returned on time. Now I have to waste my time disputing fees that should have never been charged in the first place. I relied on the information their employee gave me, and I should not be financially responsible for changes he made or incorrect charges added afterward. This was dishonest, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I will not be paying these additional fees, and I would strongly advise customers to check every detail before leaving this location.

Jim GThe guy hooked up my trailer with both hooks on one side which is a true safety issue. He was too lazy to criss cross on each side. Super dangerous if it ever came of the van would have hack knifed

DONALD CI wasn’t notified until 9:15 that my 9am truck that I reserved two weeks in advance, was not available. I got there at 9:30. The guy knew who I was without me identifying myself - I’d been there three times purchasing boxes that week. He cavalierly said, “no one called you?” I’d missed a call 15 minutes earlier. He said he forgot to secure my truck like he was supposed to the night before. When he did in the morning, it wasn’t available anymore. The nearest truck was over a two hour drive round trip. I’d already hired movers. Subsequently, I took a smaller truck and end up paying my movers for two trips because all my belongings did not fit on the smaller truck. I bought over $70 worth of boxes for my move. I was never offered a bundle price. When I told the guy might have a box or two left over, he side eyed me and asked if I had a receipt for the boxes that he sold me. I am thoroughly disappointed. No referrals from me.

Sandra WPlease allow certain pickup information to be entered in the app prior to arrival/pickup time. There is really no reason I need to wait until pickup time to take a photo of myself and drivers license for approval, I should be able to do that a couple hours before pickup

Marlyna WTake off or turn up the regulator so you can at least go the speed limit. Add a radio and GPS. The inability to go the speed limit added more than 3hours to an already long drive.
