KENNETH EThe truck was almost new but had not been washed. The windshield was covered with bug guts. I cleaned it myself. Cruise control would have been a very nice option. Especially for a long trip like we made.

MARY SStage stop was not supposed to be our destination, but at the last minute the guy from our original location said he had no room for a 26 ft truck and the enclosed trailer. So Stage stop took us and he was very helpful, caring and respectful. He stayed late to make sure we got all checked in correctly. There was a small issue with our reservation that WE changed, but apparently it did not get in system correctly…he helped all the way through that mess. Thank you again
CALVIN BThe online app is not as efficient as it suggests. I had problems picking and dropping off the truck. The location needs to advise the customer there is a check in process with the facial pictures, license and card that need to be done prior to pick up. That process should be done when reserving at the location and not when it's time to get the keys from the lock box. Takes too long and has too many problems.

MARVIN CI am writing to report a discrepancy regarding the starting mileage for my recent rental. When I left the lot, the mileage was 131,374, not 131,332 as recorded on my receipt. The app and provided link would not allow me to complete the initial inspection, so I took photos as documentation instead. This issue was noted by the employee on-site. I was charged for 58 miles, when I actually only drove 16 miles. I'm so unhappy and extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and accuracy when handling client accounts.

SCOTT SU-haul manager did not have an appliance dolly as reserved. I had to travel all around town to find one. This cost me money and time.
