The gentleman was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there were too many animals. About six cats. It smelled like cat urine. The dogs would sniff and jump up on you. The place was very smelly, clutterred and unclean.. The truck was clean and in good condition. Unfortunately I did not see a dolly, boxes, etc if I needed or wanted extra material.

The pick up location was sketchy and the shop had an offensive odor. The owner made me feel very uncomfortable. He asked me to sit on a stool, in a dark room next to an open door that led to another room that was pitch black. He would have completely trapped me between him and the dark room if I sat on the stool. He also asked me to lean over him to type my info in his computer a few times.

I did not feel safe at this location. The man who ran it was not wearing a mask, kept getting in my face, continually grabbed my arm, and said things like "Stay close to me" and "You are a special girl." I put up with this behavior only because I was desperate to get my truck, since he was taking a long time to check out customers and I was late to meet my movers. The only way I could get him to go faster was to let him flirt with me. I would not want other women to be in this situation.
