I used mobile pickup when I initially booked the uhaul when I got there it was already paid for the business I was picking up from was Greg bowers on Lynwood drive in Lancaster the did not have a key box to get my keys I call Greg bowers he said he was closed and that he would not come to give my keys to me he told me it wasn't his problem and that I should go to another uhaul and hung up on me. I called uhaul they said they would give me a 50 rebate for the inconvenience and they sent me to another uhaul overall all terrible experience would not recommend to anyoneBradley P.

I made the reservations online so I could pick up and go. Well, that didn't happen. What I had ordered online and what was showing at the pickup office was two different things. It cost me time I really didn't have. And the lady at the pickup office seemed like she was having problems with the software. So cost me more time. So, no it was not a smooth transition.German G.

This comment does not reflect on Stash 'n' Dash but on my experience with U-Haul. I had to reserve the 26' truck via phone with U-Haul because they do not show this location as open on Saturday although it is open from 9 am to Noon. Information I was given at the time of reservation was "corrected" by another U-Haul employee the day before I picked up the truck. This was somewhat confusing and it sounded like U-Haul would move the truck before I picked it up. I think U-Haul needs to rethink their requirements that a location need to be open 4 hours before it can be shown as "Open" for business online.Cheryl K.

Only drove the truck 20 miles but got charged for 8 gallons of fuel. The trucks average 9 mpg according to the internet but based off what I got charged for was 2.5 mpg kind of a rip offAdam R.

Was Charged More Than What I Was Told I Would Pay.... I Also Paid For 25 Miles And Only Used 20....They Charged My Card Twice $65 And Then Another $6 And Something The Next Day An Didn't Tell Me Anything And It Should Have Been Less than a more Bc I Used Less Milestone than I Paid ForCaterrica A.
This location was fine. It is UHaul that royally screwed up. UHaul failed to meet the guarantee. I made reservations a week in advance and had confirmation the day before, but when I showed up there was no truck. You wasted multiple hours of my time and cost me labor that could not work with no truck. I will tell everybody to try another company as UHaul cannot seemingly get it right anymore.Eric D.
