Find a parking space was difficult during the return phase in the afternoon. Having at least one dedicated rental space would help. I liked the use of the website instead of an app, but there should be improvement when picking up at night or low light conditions as photos do not come out well.Edward O.

I went to pick up the truck and nobody was there - there was no staff whatsoever and I was on a time crunch. I did NOT select mobile check in - i specifically selected the option to have a person there and there was not so then I had to waste the next 30 minutes calling uhaul, being transferred to multiple people to help me do the mobile check in - take all the required pictures which only work half the time and the finally I got the truck. It was a terrible experience. Also the brakes on the truck were really bad.Albert C.

While physically driving the cargo van, my son was observing the interior of the cab and noticed what looked like someone opened a cola/ soft drink and it spayed the ceiling and cage. Other than that, it wasn't a bad experience!Ramesh S.
Your check in and check out process is cumbersome and inefficient. To much paperwork and red tape. You can do better. Until you do, I would not use your service again.Jason Z.
The vehicle that I've used the windows seems to need some cleaning. The dashboard seems to have soft drinks sprayed over and felt it had dried out. The self service is a very interesting concept. It was fun to use because it feels like we're trying to solve a riddle. But for someone that's not tech. savvy this will create a real problem for them to go through the steps to register the vehicleEric C.

Late hour, as Store open at 10am. 24/7 mobile pickup was not ready at the time. Since the truck was not ready and no available key to pickup. Book in advance but it seem like the store wasn't prepared. Had to call customer support to change to a different vehicle which downgraded to a cargo van. It become super inconvenience for us and we spend almost two hour to figure what happen. The reservation was for 8:00am but when we try to pick up and check in it show 10:00am which is when store open. After submitting a complaint to this transaction the customer service department credit back $20 as part of the compensation for inconvenience. I would recommend another location instead. Didnt hear back from this location and not even a single apology.WeiHuang Y.

My reservation was changed to "truck share" method. It was so frustrating trying to open the key box with the provided code. And there was no office or anyone to call that can help. I called the Uhaul office and still couldn't get a hold of the office owner. I spent 35 minutes trying to unlock the key box as the lever was so stiff that you had to physically move the latch for the lock to open. It was very frustrating and delayed my move for the day. The idea of truck share and ease of use is very sophisticated if the lock box was easy to open. And they should have someone mobile who people can call to be able to tend to the situation.Edward M.

The equipment is in good condition but your side provides the wrong dolly for my reservation. I have a reservation furniture dolly but I found the appliance dolly inside the track. As I need to remove 2 mattresses and 1 springboard. The appliance dolly is useless for us.Wan Yee W.
Location noted that it would be open and we rented blankets from there. When we got there it was closed so we could not pick up the blankets. Had to move over $8K worth of furniture with no blankets/protection. As well, the truck was sticky in the cup holder and when I wiped it down the cloth was black. Phone setup took too long. Truck Share service was new to me. I called location 10 times prior to rental day and no one answered phone. I had to call the US head office to get information I needed. Truck Share process took 40 minutes (website says 10), as the U-Haul app is terrible (1 star ratings on app store) and doesn't match the instructions on the website. I've rented from U-Haul many times (different locations) and will never rent from this location again.Cindy C.

This was a self serve location which no one told me over the phone how to do this. The website was not functioning correctly and I had to wait 45 minutes on the phone to verify my identity and pick up the vehicle which in turn delayed me by over an hour and caused a significant issue in moving as I had rented elevator times to facilitate my move.
