When I went to go pick up the truck, a guy without shoes greeted me and didn’t tell me anything didn’t say anything and then another guy showed up And said he was going to do the paperwork when the guy did the paperwork. He told me that if I turned it in before five they wouldn’t charge me another day and so I rushed and turned in the truck before five I turned it in around 10 and I still got charged for that day.

The 26' truck was in great shape with only 40k+ miles for our 1100 mile trip. It performed very well and we had no problems with it. We pulled a dolly with our SUV car on it and also had not problems. The only item that could have been fixed prior to renting was a bent rear bumper. It however did not impact our move. UHaul gets a 9 out 10 rating and I will definitely use them again.

Micheal AThe truck provided had a dirty cargo area. It smelled of trash and had an old wrapper stuck to the wall. It was disgusting. I was then charged a $25 "Cleaning Fee" for it! I am disputing this bogus charge since the truck came that way!
STEVEN RI was a little confused why I was never given the code to get the key but I called the text I received and all was good.
