The hardware store that this U-Haul operates out of has great staff. No hidden charges, no trying to upsell me on moving equipment, just pleasant conversation. The truck was in fine shape and when we ran behind the woman I spoke to on the phone was extremely friendly and explained how to use the dropbox, which had no penalty fees. Would absolutely recommend.

Stony hill hardware provides an awesome experience when renting a truck or a trailer. I rent a trailer weekly for our local performing arts group, and they remember me each week, calling me by name. Always making sure our rental is in great shape and that I am aware of how to work everything.

The staff is fantastic, the truck was well maintained, very honest about the gas mileage, I already expected it cause I know trucks. Tires were balanced and no tires low on pressure. Brakes were great and not sketchy. Will definitely recommend and use them again. Thank you
