The hardware store that this U-Haul operates out of has great staff. No hidden charges, no trying to upsell me on moving equipment, just pleasant conversation. The truck was in fine shape and when we ran behind the woman I spoke to on the phone was extremely friendly and explained how to use the dropbox, which had no penalty fees. Would absolutely recommend.
