Location is a carry out / smoke & vape shop. Only one person on site and he rewrote the contract instead of using the original reservation and missed the previous pad order and previously identified drop off location. He indicated to me he didn't know how to hook up trailers and wanted me to do it. I told him that he was responsible to connect the trailer to the hitch. I had to oversee and make sure the hitch was tightened enough on the ball, that the chains didn't drag on the ground, as well as plug in the trailer wiring to the plug mounted in plain site on the car hitch. In my opinion, this location is unqualified to be a U-Haul dealer and is a legal/liability risk to U-Haul.

Jeff HPickup time was 8:00AM. No one was there until 8:15. Had to hitch up the trailer myself. Inside floor of trailer was covered in mud. No one checked the lights. Employee was rude upon returning trailer.
Rusty WHad to wait almost 2 hours after my reserved time. Was told that I'd receive a discount because of that. Never received that. I declined online & in person the insurance multiple times but was still charged. Will never rent from this location again and quite possibly from U-Haul ever again. Very disappointing.
