The owner was not on the site. An employee called him and gave me the phone where I was required to give my credit card number out loud in a restaurant/store where multiple people were around. No one was physically available to help me connect or check that the lights were in working order. Nor did anyone check that I had the correct trailer. This was a completely unacceptable way to conduct business safely. Covid-19 times or not, this was not safe or comfortable for me.Todd S.

I was overcharged $8.00. This store put "Safetow" on my order and if you look into it, you'll see that it wasn't on my order. They put it there and I want my $8 back. I can't stand dishonest people.Jason W.
This is not the location I chose for my reservation. My pick up location was moved the day before my pick up. However, I was not given the extra miles since the new pick up location was farther away than my initial reservation. The pick up location itself was good and easy to pull the truck away. The truck's "check engine" light was on at pick up, and the "check fuel cap" message stayed on the entire time, even though the fuel cap was secure. The truck only had appx 10k miles on it, so that was nice. The cargo area still had a dolly and blankets in it from the last user, I suppose. I did not reserve those things, and some of the blankets were wet - not sure if the cargo area leaked or if they were wet from previous user or what.Angela M.

I am currently disputing the charges, I luckily took a picture of the mileage and gas when I turned the truck in as I did this via my cell. The final bill had 20 more miles added and a gas charge even though I put gas in the truck to the level it was at the time I got it. I feel this was not a mere mistake, but a way in which the rep was padding the bill.Anne L.

I attempted to change drop off location from 9 miles away to 1 mile away. I was told the location I wanted was full. On the way to the location UHAUL wanted I saw 1 trailer onsite in Lenoir city yet 4 others at Loudon address. I believe I positioned the equipment for UHAUL, therefore I customer service is pretty bad. At the drop off location I was handed a phone and told to speak to whoever answers. There was no one on hand to help me drop the trailer. When I go to move the storage items out of storage into the new home I will be getting a competitors equipment.Larry W.

The pickup location was fine. However dealing with U-Haul is the most frustrating experience I have ever had. Never again! Their customer no service is the pits! Given wrong information, transferred multiple times, and finally hung up on!Stephen S.
I returned the vehicle with one half tank of gasoline, which is what it had when I picked it up. However, I had no problems at all, just a suggestion that you might want to fill the tank before renting.J W C.

I would recommend for a drop off as it was convenient. Only one person was manning this site so could not verify mileage at time of drop off (it was a holiday weekend so that may explain only one individual). I did not feel comfortable about leaving with no verification of mileage but I did.Deborah S.

The 6x12 trailer did NOT have a jack stand on the hitch. The drop-off location did not have equipment to remove the trailer from the ball. I called the Uhaul sales agent Loudon TN and was told to manually lift the trailer. I'm a 70 year old guy. Could have lifted it 20 years ago; not now. I had to use my car jack to un-hook.
