Was charged a cleaning fee and returned vehicle clean. I've rented various uhuals from different locations and this was the first time I was charged a cleaning fee. The fee was ridiculous and not necessary. I would not recommend this location and consider renting from other companies from this day forward.

I had to load an entire truck by myself, and drive from Oregon to Idaho, and unload by myself. I was exhausted and had to keep the truck a few days over the return date. When I was given the final total, I was shocked at the amount, because I was under the impression that it would be much less. After talking to the senior area field manger, he agreed to reduce the charges. I was so thankful that after this excruciatingly painful move, there was some relief ( financially) in the end. Thank you Gregory Spurlock.

The truck had a lot of damage to the right side. The motor seemed sluggish and lacked horse power for interstate speeds. But in the end I got my stuff moved.

the uhaul had no gas and i had to put $45 worth of gas into the uhaul.

They charged me an additional 144.00 for two additional days and coverage, I rented the truck Friday and returned it on Saturday. Getting through to uhaul is another thing. I called them three different times and requested a receipt and never got one until I pushed and uhaul traffic sent me one

It would be nice if the truck had a full tank of gas when I picked it up. Thay way I could just fill it up and return it. No trying to guess how much gas I will use, or how much to put in so it is between a quarter and a half tank like when I picked it up.

I have used UHaul many times. I would say a very goods customer. When my wife and I picked up the truck it was filthy, both outside and in the storage compartment. The truck was so filthy on the outside, I had to wash the windows before I could drive it.. When I returned the truck, I was charged $25 for cleaning. I WILL NOT RENT FROM UHAUL IN THE FUTURE, NOR WILL I RECOMMEND UHAUL to others. If you desire to discuss this, my name is Robert and my phone number is 207 409 4748. This was my second time renting a U-Haul from this location and once again it was SO quick and easy! Price was less than I thought it would be and the process was even smoother since I was already in the system. Alicia is wonderful and knows her stuff!

U-Haul--the national company--should have the name of the pick-up location with its contact info on every subsequent email to the customer after the initial online registration is completed. It is a matter of convenience for the harried client.

The lady helping us did do a good job taking care of the issues, but the billing is ridiculous. We currently have 1 cleared charge for supplies we purchased ahead of time, and 3 pending charges on our account, only 1 of which will actually stay. However, because this money is seen as pending by our bank, our account went into a negative balance today because of the over $100 in charges that have not fallen off our account yet. Although fixed by the rep, the system tried to charge me for 5 gallons worth of gas for just 12.2 miles of use. Pretty ridiculous. I probably will not use uhaul again for our moves.
