JOHN VSelf check in link led to invalid webpage. Not a soul outside to help. Went inside to counter's and told to go find the outside people. See earlier comment about zero souls present outside. Customer Service phone call said go to Uhaul website and do it yourself. I’m a tech savvy person and it still took at least 15 minutes to find login, locate my reservation and complete the check in
JUSTIN TCheck each truck before renting to new clients the truck that I had was very dirty and had a dolley from previous client. The lady in foley accused me of using a dolley that I didn’t even used nor asked for poor customer service

REGGIE COur only complaint would be the new bag of blankets and the Dolly being on the truck that took up usable. Space. In my humble opinion that is a terrible idea. But all in all, it’s always a pleasure to use U-Haul the gentleman at the counter at the location we picked our trucks up from were extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend.
CYNTHIA ETruck had a leak and saturated some of my boxes. Only damage inside the wet boxes were items inside with cardboard cases and clothes.
DAVID WI didn't have to go inside. The team was outside and directed me where to go. I had the trailer dropped off in about 2 minutes. Excellent service.

JAMES NU-Haul sent me to Fern Ave - no one was there, couldn’t get U-Haul to call me. I rented it from McKenzie St, Foley. They were great but I was an hour late getting. Had to pay laborers $272 more because of the mess up. U-Haul owes me!!
Steve MIf my drop off is left open, don’t change it behind my back! Another U-Haul representative in Texas help me to make the drop convenient.

MORGAN GOrdered truck from location A, to be picked up before hours. Truck not there at noon that day - I happened to drive by and notice. I went in and asked about the truck. They said it was just late being turned in and not to worry. I went back by there at 4pm and truck was still not there and I had not been notified of any issue. I called UHAUL, who rescheduled truck to another location. I went to that location at 7am and the before-hours app did not work. I continually selected pick up truck, with no response. Thank goodness a person from the store was there before hours and saw me standing in parking lot and came to help. From there, everything was fine. The store you have at 2801 McKinzie street is very good. I will not use the The Gulf Shores Rental locational at 25150 Canal Road. And you must do something about the before hours application. You should be able to hit pick up truck, immediately get the code, and move on. If there is additional data needed, that should be collected before hand.
