John SMy van was originally reserved at the Willow Run location. When I arrived, I waited about 15 minutes before speaking with the employee. I told him I had a reservation, but he immediately said I did not and was short and rude throughout the interaction. He insisted it was not their reservation, even though there was a van parked out front. I showed him that my reservation was in fact at his location, but he still dismissed it and told me the van was at the Perry Street location and that there was nothing he could do. I then had to drive to the Perry Street location, where the employee there had the reservation and van ready and was easy to work with. That part of the experience went smoothly. The real issue was U-Haul’s reservation and scheduling system, which caused an unnecessary 30-minute delay and made the pickup process far more frustrating than it should have been. Other than that, everything else was fine.

If there was a place on the order for me to maintain an expected arrival date, I would have been happy to do so.

BROCK HA moving truck is a moving truck. What makes this particular store superior to all others is your staff. I've used this location at least three times in the last couple of years, and I have always walked away a happy customer. Javi is so incredibly friendly, helpful and kind, (not to mention professional and knowledgeable), such a shining example of what customer service is all about. I wish I could remember the names of the staff I've worked with before, because each one was a pleasure to associate with. I so appreciate your entire staff, and will always recommend your business to people who need your services. Well done, and thank you!
