Did not like having to use the app to pick it up.but it was fine.
Bradley CVery disappointed in my experience at this location. Nothing was correct from the very beginning. Asked for a one way received an in town rate. Was charged for 20 extra miles and didn’t ask for them. And I was charged an extra $300 dollars and it has taken over 2 weeks to get my refund. Not to mention I have had to go back to this location several times and was told to call U-Haul myself to take care of getting my own refund. Will not be using this location or U-Haul service again in the future and I suggest you don’t waste your time at this location. Very dissatisfied customer.

Giahanna BWe had reserved a furniture dolly, and the location did not have one. The attendant was very chatty and didn't seem to know who he needed to contact to see about a furniture dolly. We had to use some miles on the truck to go to another facility to pick up the dolly.
Cindy DEverything went well. The assistant on the phone walked me through the entire process for the mobile check-out. The app was very intuitive and allowed me to check the truck in without any issues. The truck drove a little rough, but other than that, everything was excellent.
Robert TFriendly and warm welcome from the staff member, even though our interaction was brief since we were only dropping off the vehicle at a different location. I could see myself renting from this location in the future.

Larry STruck wasn’t clean in cab, and 2 wheeler wasn’t secured in back of truck and padding bag was unzipped and empty! No one checked the truck upon return. It has gotten now with renting an uhaul the customer does all the work with pics n the operation part of the process!!!

SAMUEL GFast, friendly service. One suggestion...inform customers of the text message that says take pics before leaving the lot. I didn't see the message until after I left the lot and was a mile or two up the road. Although, I did buy the damage protection/insurance. Therefore, I guess it wouldn't matter.

Brian MSuggestion on the app., it should be noted some place earlier in the process that multiple photos will be needed at drop off. This would alert the driver not to just lock up and drop the key in its location. Had I not mistaken not dropped the key, i would have made this misstep. Also, at the end, the photos of the truck should be BEFORE I submit payment. As payment was submitted, I was turning in the key. Thankfully I had not dropped the key when I had to take another round of photos.

Charise YWe reserved a truck with dolly, however there was no dolly available. The truck inside was dirty . There was a big grease/ oil spot that the agent would not even come look at nor have anything to clean it with so I had to clean it before we could load our stuff.

STEPHANIE FI was missing the appliance dolly in the truck, had to wait until another location opened, had to pick up at another location in my own pick-up truck, then was charged again for the dolly. Had to go back to the original location to pick up the U-Haul. All this took about 2 hours of my time.
