Nobody was there so It was not indicated that I brought the truck back early, charging me all the amount when I didn't have it the 6 days. It was reported in when they came back into work, pushing my time to 1/1/2021. Dirty trick there buddy. I won't be dealing with U-Haul anymore, even if they are cheaper or have something better, doesn't matter, you do me wrong, I won't do business with you again.Tomas A.

Is an well used older building, but functional with equment problems in the office.PATRICK S.
Make sure the equipment is better maintained. AC on the truck did NOT work while driving down the road. Not a good thing when it was over 108 degrees when we rented the truck. Also the truck was pretty badly "banged" up from previous rentals and didn't seem like anything was being done to correct this. Employee even said most damage on the truck was well over a year old. They had run out of the "damage" stickers because there were so many on this truck.Barry S.

This location was excellent. The woman who completed my transaction was incredibly friendly and helpful. My previous pickup location on Main on Duncan managed to â€œloseâ€ my reservation that I made 12 days prior. Even after receiving confirmation the day prior to pickup. A couple of Halliburton employees were able to arrive prior to the locations opening at 8:00 and get the truck I reserved. Weird, right? Anyway, after the man running the Main location proved himself completely useless in helping me find a new truck, I found this location online. My truck and all of my supplies were ready in minutes. Will definitely recommend this location over the Main Street one.Sierra P.
The interior of the truck was dirty- had not been cleaned from previous renters- the console had dried drink spills on it and down the front of it onto the floor area. When we done the online pickup @ 7am, we go through the entire process and we get our code and the key was NOT in the box- we called the U-haul # provided and had to wait on the manager to get there to go inside and get the key for us (was not her fault and she was there within 20 minutes). The location was extremely convenient, the online pickup was easy and the U-haul rep I called was amazing.Lynda P.

the rental agents did not verify fuel level or current mileage before renting the truck to me. as a result, I am being charged for 44 additional miles that were on the vehicle, instead of the actual 25 miles I drove the truck. I am currently disputing the payment u-haul is trying to collect from my bank account!!! the beginning mileage was 24024.1 miles on the odometer, but the rental contract says it was 23980.7 miles. i will NEVER rent from u-haul OR Penske again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Shirley H.
Trying to schedule over the phone with customer service was such a hassle. The lady was so rude and I was so frustrated. We â€œreservedâ€ a truck and trailer 9 days before we needed it. 2 days before, the called and said the closest truck was FOUR HOURS AWAY. Ridiculous!! The pickup location we used was Easy to find. But I would suggest Keeping the truck and trailer easily assessable. The trailers bumper was stuck under a fence and we had a hard time getting it unstuck.Korey M.

I believe that this location and the customer service representative i encountered had no room for improvement. i can honestly in regards to the representative that she went above and beyond anything i could have expected. She made me feel cared about, displayed interest in my needs, and even offered advice for additional uhaul products that could make things easier for me. She also went out into the rain with me to ensure my load was safe, secure, and ready to transport. I wish I could express the utmost gratitude to this location and representative with something more but good job. i will return.rOBERT B.

I needed a 10-foot truck. I was just sure that if they didn't have a 10-foot truck they would give me a 15 foot truck for the same price. on Saturday morning I went to pick up the truck. The girl that waited on me had no idea. She called the manager after I asked her about the rate for a 10-foot truck. the manager just began to be hateful over the phone. Bottom line, I wound up paying for a 15-foot truck when I was assured it would be for a 10-foot truck rate. I was also told they would have straps for me. They didn't have anything.
