Great staff - in and out quickly and returning is simple. My only issue was that they didn’t have watermelon Dum Dums, and I had to settle for a pineapple.
PAUL PGate code was not correct. “Was the personnel helpful” is not a valid response since I dropped off the trailer outside operating hours

Katie RI received a trailer that was very dirty inside. I had yo sweep it out when I got home to ensure that my things would not get dirty. Also, the woman working there forgot to give me an appliance dolly. I had to go back in to get it. Also, I was not given the gate code to get in to the gate after hours, which caused me to make an extra trip. When leaving the storage facility, I had to push the buzzer for her to let me out. This is the second time I had to ask to he let out of the gates. The woman working there seemed to be a bit distracted.

Carmelita YIt was the most difficult process to get in the facility and get the uHaul because the app wouldn't recognize your location properly and let you check in. It took atleast 45 mins of me standing outside the facility and calling the customer service just to get in the facility. Check engine light came on in the truck as well. It was one of the horrible experiences I've ever had with renting uhaul. I wouldn't recommend this facility.

SCOTT MI’ve used U-Haul several times. Worst experience I’ve had by far. Got it to our house there was broke glass all in the back, called left messages no one called back.
JAMES NThe lady behind the desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. The U-Haul was not able to add drivers per the menu and we had to call UHaul customer service, after adding drivers through the app 2-3 times.

CHARLEEN DDropped off after hours. I was provided a gate code however I was not provided any more information on where to leave the trailer.

WILGUS Wmoms attic was full of hay and debris which was not discovered until i started loading the truck the floor was clean as viewed from the ground only opening the door upon check out but this required having to fully sweep out/clean the truck before loading and after the move
