I ordered an appliance dolly. It was not in the truck. Your UHaul App is extremely glitchy and the camera doesn’t upload the photos or allow to use my phones own camera app. I’m standing in the rain trying to take photos of the back of the truck to prove I was missing an item and it didn’t work.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe trailer was very dirty on the inside when we received it, as well as the lower latch for the door being broken. The dirt in the trailer got the couch we were buying and transporting super dirty. When I tried to report it as dirty in the return process it tried to charge me a fee for cleaning, I did not make the mess. I'm not paying for it. And now I have to scrub my brand new couch cushions. I have never had an issue with Uhaul like this before. I have a photo of the broken latch as well. It was broken when we received it and I didn't catch it until we were at the location to pick up the couch as I relied on the associate to verify that the trailer was in functioning condition.
