They rented us a truck with the check engine light on. We brought it to their attention but they blew us off saying it wasn't an issue. Well the truck broke down and a technician had to come and do a temporary fix so we could get back home. This truck should NEVER been rented out!Johnathan B.

The vehicle had a lot of damage to it and it was dark when we picked it up. Luckily I used my phone flashlight to check for things but this should already be brought to the renters attn and not something we should be concerned you aren't already aware of because there was a lot of damage to the vehe we rented.Ryan M.

Alisha was very disrespectful on a personal call, and was eager to get back to her conversation. Was told couldn't use prepaid card, left to get my mom and she canceled my reservation. Went back she used the prepaid card as I paid for deposit. Time was wasted had to rush the truck back.KRYSTAL E.

I returned my rental full of gas and I have a witness which was more fuel than when I picked it up. When I received my receipt I was charged 9.50 for fuel. When I called the lication the girl who I talked to would not hear what I had to say and that I could prove I purchased fuel immediately before returning the rental. The truck was clean. It was also extremely loud and sounded as if there was a definite exhaust problem. Luckily my move was local, so I was only in the cab for a limited amount of time. Anything more than about 15 minutes in the cab would have been a nightmare otherwise. The truck also did not have any blankets available in the rental pouch inside the storage bag.Matt G.

Honestly the trucks were rundown. The uhaul I rented had clear damage to the body of the truck and hadn't been maintained. I literally got stranded for a half hour just trying to get the ignition to turn over.Rachel H.

The website is not user friendly at all. After logging in to my uhaul account, I could not locate the â€œstartâ€ link in order to begin checking out the uhaul electronically. Why is this not simple to find? Your website needs an update! It is anything but user friendly. Trying to check the uhaul out electronically was a nightmare! I will rate that as â€œunacceptable â€œ!Nora M.

I felt like she listened to my concerns with the equipment. Very nice young lady. Extremely clean facility. The only negative was I wish they had better signage for where you should go to the office for U-Haul. The signage on the door is good, but a bigger U-Haul sign would help.Todd H.

Bernard and the other staff were great! Very friendly, caring and helpful. Amazing in this day in age. One issue was pouring rain during our move is allowed to seep into the bed of the truck snd soaked our mattress causing a large permanent stain and also damaged some wood items stored on that same area. This was the area to the left nearest the cab, drivers side.William B.
