I got gas and have my gas receipt and was charged gas fee. Wish I would have gotten a call given me the opportunity to get more of they felt it needed more.

The truck was returned in same shape I received it with spilt drink in floor. I got charged for cleaning fee. I didn't get finished with it by time I rented it so I kept it to fit nish then returned it. Nina left me a very hateful message about it and said she was charging me $50 for it. I have rented from uhaul a lot probably more than most and have never had this as a problem because I knew I would just be charged for it. She stated she had no other trucks available for people when indeed she had three more when I got mine and still had two when I returned it. I may need to consider different service if this is way your gonna start treating people

Our family had the worst experience during our rental of a 26 foot truck. Being disabled we needed to use the U-Haul truck longer and their representative contacted me to let me know that they needed the truck. There were other rentals needed. Our move was much more than we expected. I would check in with the office where I rented it from to let them know we were running behind and they let me know it cost me $40 a day, which was fine with me. When we went to unload the truck at our storage facility that has been amazing. We opened the back up and water had come in and ruined our mattresses and dining room chairs. We called a storage of Daphne and the representative there told me that was a U-Haul issue. We asked about a $50 cleaning fee and she got real defensive and said we had other rentals that needed that truck and I called you to let you know that. My wife and I were not rude or aggressive towards I believe her name was Cassieand she hung up on us. We called back and she hung up again and put their phones on an answer. and she hung up on us. We called back and she hung up again and put their phones on a answering service. That is the worst customer service. I have experience that was the worst customer service experience.That was the worst customer service and unprofessional treatment that we did not deserve. She could care less about the damage to our furniture and more concerned about getting that truck to someone else to rent not understanding at all that I am disabled with a severe spinal cord injury I would not recommend a storage of Daphne to anyone. I have used U-Haul for many years and that will end. I have one more trip to make and I will be using another rental truck company.. i’ve already been sharing this experience with friends and family. If I could give you zero stars, I would it’s unfortunate that I had to at least give you one since zero was not an option.

The owner is a crook!! I paid my bill as shown on the invoice!! That was my complete bill!! He fraudulently charged extra onto my account the next day!! Tried to double charge me and sneak fees onto my credit card without my signed permission!! Beware!! Don’t trust him with your credit card details!!

Retuned the truck on time. I answered no to "helpful" but partly because it was not a true U-Haul location. Here is my complaint and I will address this with customer service: I had originally ordered 4 bags of packing pads. Our loaders only needed one. I kept the other 3 in their bags...unopened. When returning the truck, I asked for a refund/credit for the unused 3 bags. The representative said she was not authorized to do that as they were not U-Haul employees. Frustrating as I have used U-Haul on so many of our moves without any issues. Moving has become even more expensive than 4 years ao. (our last move). My wife and I are retired and on fixed incomes so this additional charge hurts us financially

This is our second time, using the Truck Pickup 24/7 option in renting a vehicle from UHaul, and (for us) it seems to be somewhat time consuming. Of course we'd rather come and pick up the truck from a UHaul agent. But that's not always possible. We've learned - for our purposes - It's easier to use our smartphone on the website, rather than the UHaul app. We need to use Google Chrome, rather than some other browser. And we need to allow time, for each link to function, taking us to the next step. But we have always been taken care of by UHaul, with our monthly truck rental needs. We'd recommend them to anyone, over other agencies.

As with a previous experience, in renting a UHaul truck from this location, I had to use the app. and the website to try and process the actual picking up of the truck for my use. As a result, I needed to make two or three calls to the UHaul toll free number for assistance from customer support. During the call, I was told to use the Chrome browser (on my smartphone) for the process, rather than the Firefox browser that I had been trying to use. I experienced sluggishness on both the app and website, and at times the phone's screen just froze. It took over an hour and a half (with assistance from the Very Helpful customer support personnel), to finally work my way through the truck pickup process (eventually on the website). VERY exasperating!!! Other than that, the rest of the experience with UHaul's resources was smooth and uneventful. I also appreciated the help from the employee, at the location, just before she left for the day at the end of her shift.

Location was excellent, but U-haul itself was terrible. Will never use U-haul again! I would rather pay more than to experience what I went through the day of the move. Last minute change, two locations did not have the truck that I was contracted for, and had to drive over an hour as opposed to 4 minutes to the location. Cost more money than my contract said, cost more in gas, and being jumped between phone conversations waged over two hours, and caused me to be late for my move. Never again! U-haul is not like it use to be. Unprofessional. Unorganized. And unfair. Be better to your customers!

Spotless clean facility, lady that worked there was very nice and helpful, rented van was also so clean (she was working on it as we got there) and it was all ready to go. I returned the uhaul a day early and they charged me $20 for being after hours. I could have just kept the key and turned in the key the next day, had I know I was going to get charged for something so petty.

The facility was well maintained and the staff was friendly. I chose an average rating due in part to two reasons. One is my ignorance in how other storage facilities operate, and two is the cost of the storsge unit increasing consistently over time. Price wise; based solely on other advertisements i have seen it was steadily increasing above the others over time however the staff never caused me any trouble and always were friendly when i spoke to them.

I had to deliver it back in a snow storm. Uhaul was going to charge me 50 bucks a day if i could not get it back in a snow storm. I took the chance of wrecking in order to get it back. I got my neighbor to follow me. I parked and realized I forgot to put gas in it. I went go go get has but the truck was stuck in the snow now. It was not moving. Uhaul was going to charge mena 30 dollar service fee and 5 dollars a gallon. I called storage solutions and they said dont worry about it. I was not charged I dont recommend UHUAL in a snow storm. But Storage solutions is a go to.

The service & support I received from Storage Solutions was first rate!! Usually I've been using another location in Columbia for my truck rentals. But Storage Solutions was there for my church's needs this time around. The facility was close to my residence, and the staff at this location were very helpful, and courteous. The only problem I had was using the UHaul app on my smartphone, to pick the rental truck up after the business was closed two hours before my arrival. Eventually the app did work, and I was able to get the rental vehicle, to use. But the app had problems verifying my location, taking pictures of my facial appearance and then, the front and back of my driver's license. I did finally get it to all work out, but it took nearly an hour to do so. The app trouble was the only frustrating point of the entire experience. But I'd certainly recommend UHaul and Storage Solutions to anyone I know.

Disappointed that none of the coupons you offered were accepted. I rented a 4x4x4 and the coupon did not have any exceptions on it. When I got there, they said I couldn't use it on that size. Then when I wanted to the larger 10 x 25 for all my stuff to move into, I brought the coupon and the gal said it was only for the 10 x 30. It never said it on there. For me, that was a bait and switch tactic, which is a lack of integrity. So I moved my stuff out and now it's in Spring Hill for even cheaper than you offer by $70 per month. I guess I was suppose to go there. Thanks

I needed to enter my code to access the building. Inside the lights would go on as you were detected. I would definitely recommend this facility.

My rental was cancelled the next day because I was upset over there being 2 feet of dirt blocking the entrance to our unit. There were no apologies - except from the maintenance guy that saw and understood our problem. Nina was condescending and never once apologized - all she did was shrug her shoulders and said we could wash the mud off our vehicle. We couldn’t even get to the unit. They called after we left and said the problem would be cleaned up the next day and then called 20 minutes later and said the owner cancelled our agreement. Still waiting for our refund…

The storage buildings are built too close together, so all the units located down the alleys are not accessible with your vehicle. The alleys are too narrow to drive in there safely to load and unload directly from your vehicle. This is very inconvenient.

I was at this facility for over 4 years because i had to be!!!! The first manager would crash into the corner of the unit so that he could remove siding and steal all he could find of value. THEN we got Rude Obnoxsios Pam and she should not be allowed to run anything else in the rest of her life. She is mean, nasty, and very un helpful.

Had extra boxes they wouldn’t take back said it had been too long after purchase date. I had a Disaster and was a paying customer for several months and purchased several boxes and tape. I had 4 boxes they could have taken them back
