Both ladies were very polite and super helpful. They went above and beyond to help me. This is by far the best location in Columbia TN. The van was spotless when I picked it up. I definitely will always use this location in the future.

Delene B.The mobile check in was awful. I was there just after 7. The mobile was not working, i called the help line, it took 1 hr and 45 min to figure out how to check in, with a very kind and knowledgeable agent. The IT people need to work on the mobil check in big time. Also, i am not sure my final bill but i had to pay my help for over an hour and a half of time that I was supposed to be there with the truck and I had to make an extra 60 mile trip back and forth as I was supposed to pick up applicances that were close to the uhaul in my city, but becuase of the delay, i had to go do the move then come back in the afternoon, pick up the applicances then and drive them back another 20 miles to the house and then come back another 20 miles to drop off the truck that again, was 5 min from where i itended to pick up the appliances in the morning. I hope i am not charged those extra miles.
