The only reason I would not recommend is because there were multiple charges made to my account for the U-Haul service. I was told I would be receiving a refund but as soon as my bank account showed a refund was processing, U-Haul took the money again! So be careful when using one of these trucks they will over charge and make multiple charges to your account!

My experience with this location was extremely disappointing from start to finish. First, my reservation was changed from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM, and no one was willing to take responsibility for the change. That one-hour delay caused me to drive directly into heavy rain during my move, making an already stressful day even more difficult. To make matters worse, I was charged for fuel even though the mileage and fuel level documented on my paperwork did not match the vehicle’s actual readings. The truck itself was also in poor condition. The transmission was slipping and hesitating, making it unreliable to drive, and the air conditioning took an unusually long time to cool, which made the trip even more uncomfortable in nearly 90 degrees weather. Given the reservation issue, the condition of the vehicle, and the questionable fuel charge, I believe a discount or adjustment would have been appropriate. Instead, I was charged extra. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location.
