I've rented from this facility before. I was excited to see this was the location uhaul asked me to drop off the trailer. I was curious if I might get the same lady. Sure enough, she was just as nice as last time! I told her about my pickup experience. She even apologized for the other guy. Highly recommend this location based on the greeting of the office staff!

AHMED ADropped the truck off on the day I rented it after hours, was charged for two days and some fee for not checking it in. I thought i had, i had used the link sent in a text message. Apparently this was not the way to check it in. I spoke to the rudest women on the phone and will never use uhaul again.

RONALD BThe checkout process after hours was a bit of headache especially after having to take pictures of all 4 sides of the vehicle during 7-8 inches of snow in tennis shoes. Also- should let each person know how much it will take to fill the gas tank to 1/2 full. Went a total of 30ish miles and it needed 5 gallons to put back to half. Had to stop at a second gas station to add more gas.
