Jeff EDuane was very nice and made sure that the trailer was in great condition and hooked it up for me, which was not needed but appreciated! I'll be thinking of StoreSmart and Duane the next time I look to rent from Uhaul.
Amos RDon't tighten the hitch latch on the tow ball so tight. When I returned the trailer I was unable to get it loose and had to drive over to Walmart Automotive department to get help loosening it.

Robert OThe checkout process was very frustrating. Life was so much better when you could actually talk to a person and communicate like normal human beings rather than self checkout which took way longer than it would have before this crappy system was implemented. The location was fine which is why I gave it 5 stars. But I doubt I’ll ever rent from U-Haul again simply because of the process.

gary wI could not tell if pre check in was available- it would have been good so that when I arrived at 8 and there was no attendant for another hour and I had to mobile “check in” and then contact through chat to find out how long approval would take- some kind of count down or indication that it was being reviewed instead of wait would have been more reassuring.

Mahaley SHours of operations was not correct. The website indicated open at 7:00a. In reality, it opened at 9:00a. I dropped the equipment off at 7:00a and returned later that morning to ensure they were fine with the return. One person was working the desk and I waited for about 20-30 minutes just to ask about leaving the trailer. This location should inspect and correct/remediate the driver's side wheel tie down on the trailer.
Anthony BEveryone was very nice, but when we got the Uhal home, a startling surprise, no ramp!! I'm up in age so very heavy boxes I couldn't load. Thank God my daughter who is healthy and strong had to load the truck herself! We had heavy furniture, a washer, curio cabinet, kitchen table, beds (2), and much more. Was very disappointed because we had rented another Uhal the week before which did have a ramp, making the move much easier. This will not happen again that I rent an expensive truck for hauling, so my mistake because as far as I knew Uhauls had ramps on all their trucks!! Made a simple move extremely hard.
Shelly BInclude one way rental extension to the U-Haul app. We had trouble on the road and it was impossible to get an extension on the app, the 800-U-Haul, etc. other than that all went well and we were very happy with our experience.

I feel like good customer service isn’t a common thing these days so this experience was refreshing. I would recommend this location to anyone needing a uhaul.

Vicky HMobile check is a joke. Takes forever and they don't tell you in advance you have to have a reference so they can call while you are there waiting to verify who you are and that you are renting a haul. What if I don't want anyone to know I'm renting one. Also trucks are missing letters and or number so we could not find our truck and had to get help from the online people as the people at the location would not help us not a very good experience at all

Marty AWonderful interaction with the local renter. explained every detail, for cost and rental. Be aware uhaul does not quote your price with mileage, so your bill will be more at the rental site. This is not due to the rental site, it is Uhaul.
