I tried to check in the vehicle on my mobile phone at 10 pm as they had a door key drop where the key would be visible and accessible w/ a coat hanger. Without success, I returned the next morning to turn in the key and to check in the vehicle. Suggest a secured key box. Appreciated the parking lot was well lighted.PEGGY H.

The return process with all the pictures is kinda ridiculous. I had to do it twice and my location was on but it wouldnt let me submit the parking picture even though at the very beginning I had to share my location.AUDREY W.
We had gone to this location 3 times to ensure the truck would be ready. We also went on line and some how the pick up location was changed to Holly instead of Jordon. We were able to change the location back to Jordon and the rest of the move went well.FELIX T.

I had my reservation set at 2pm and the location ended up being closed when I got there. I called and was able to do it over the phone with the truck share 24/7 online program. The set up was super easy! Despite the small inconvenience, the representative I talked to was very helpful and patient while we worked out all the details! Moving is stressful as it is but the process of getting a uhaul was fairly quick and easy, will definitely be using them again in the future :)albita G.
My only complaint is a uhaul complaint not a location complaint. I got the picture of where the gas should be filled up to... somewhere between 1/4 or a tank and 1/2 and tank and was told to bring it back that full... C'mon of course I overfilled because that is ridiculous. I suggest giving to them full and having them return it full...easier on both!Roseanne P.

Uhaul chose this location for my return, the rude young man told me he didn't have my paperwork and that it was the wrong location- after much tine in the phone with uhaul and demanding is manager my info magically appeared.Cheryl W.

Maybe have vehicle washed up to not hide dings on it that I may be suspected of causing since the process to look over product is up to customers findings. I felt a bit rushed by employee having to look this vehicle over thoroughly and take selfies your vehicle and upload them from my phone. Really did not like this process as to know I could easily be responsible (blame, causing some unnecessary BS over this portion of rental) for past mishaps with an unwashed/uncleaned exterior! I honestly will just head to a main hub next time to avoid this convenience I thought fit the bill for me, I'm just a little apprehensive over this portion over rental, sorry to be direct but I detest sugar coating life. Employee shared his feelings about your service from his stand point... I did not need that info as this tells me the truth of this process from a third party view. He was truthful, but this is where my seriously negative review of thus rental stands.Travis B.

Allow the customer to choose the location for pick-up and drop-off. The location selected for me made me drive an additional 25 miles to get the truck.Dale C.
The cargo van was clean, in great working condition, and ready for us, but the other item we asked for (dolly) was not there. I would have given a higher rating but for that fact and that the operator had trouble finding information in my online reservation and trouble texting us the forms. Overall, very positive experience and I will use again.Mark G.

Had trouble finding the place. Nothing outside tells me this is a UHaul location. Looks more like the storage facility it is. Circled 3xs. The guy forgot my dolly- I had to come back for it. Corona had him rattled I think. Precautions. I get it I guess. No offer to take off that charge. Lots of xtra charges I didn't expect. The $19.95 turned out to be $65! I only had the truck for 3 hours & maybe 10 miles. So expensive!Sally J.

When I picked up the truck- the gas level was below 1/2. I've never rented a vehicle with less than a full tank. Stupidly, I assumed I didn't need to add any- how am I supposed to know how much I used. After arguing with the office- he couldn't tell me what kind of mileage I should expect so I could add enough I went back to get some. Why would I give that business more than I used since I feel he was an idiot ( And I'm sure he thought I was). I never go back there againDavid W.
