The millage was incorrect on the contract at pickup. Also, we did not receive the exact amount of packing blankets. This resulted in extra cost to us. We accept responsibility as we did not check it at departure.JAMES H.

Start truck out with full tank of gas to eliminate guessing game of how much fuel to put in while still at the pump. I ended up putting in 5 more gallons then I needed to...cost me $15.Chris D.

Mark and his helper were very professional and helpful during the entire experience. The equipment was in good shape and therefore, our use was without problem. The availability and our use of the blankets was most advantageous. My trailer hitch and electrical connections were purchased through U-haul and installed by the undersigned many years ago and proved to be 100% functional. U-Haul does it again! Thanks for being there. Look forward to the next time. I'll be stopping by my local U-Haul in Coram, NY to consider the purchase of blankets and perhaps a few other things. Thanks again.PAUL R.

time recorded on the contract out was well before we were actually able to depart. truck did not have the blankets and extra equipment or adeuquate fuel. this was taken care of and no complaint...but should not have recorded our time out (in my view) until the truck was ready. caused us to pay an extra day fee.HOWARD S.

When I rented the cargo sized UHaul the understanding was I rented it for $19.95 for the day. However the person in charge booked the same van I reserved for later on that afternoon @ 1pm. I was not able to finish with the van until 4pm. When I returned the van the man in charge whose name was Mark explained to me that I had to pay for two days because I caused another person not to get the van. It is not right that Mark double booked the van and then charged me for another day plus the insurance. I would kindly like a refund for the extra day and $10 insurance. Please call me on my cell.
