People at the location were awesome and my negative experience was in no way their fault but U-Haul‘s reliance on the app to get anything done made the whole experience exceedingly frustrating so I’m not mad at the location. I’m mad at your stupid app. My move was delayed by over an hour because of the apps failure to perform in the way that you wanted it to, and no customer service available to help.

I picked up the truck with a lot of difficulty because the app was very confusing. I drove it home and put gas in it, but then it started raining heavily, so I had to return the truck almost immediately. Not even two hours passed and I was charged $90. I tried contacting customer service through different phone lines, but it was impossible to get help. The wait times were over 30 minutes. I would never recommend this service to any friend or family member. The customer service is unbelievably bad. I will definitely be leaving a negative review on Facebook.
