Returned the trailer on time on a Sunday where no staff was available. Tried for about half an hour to do the online return process but the uhaul website would not allow me to upload the required pictures. I had to re hook up the trailer and drive all the way home to grab my laptop and go all the way back to drop off location. I was then able to do the drop off procedure. Now because I was about two hours late I had to pay an extra days rental fee.Jeremy M.

Make sure before you let a customer take a trailer that everything is working properly the trailer had a short in the lights and made our pickup short out and blow fuses every time we would turn lights on had to sit along side the road for 3 hours to wait for a guy to come out to fix the lights, the guy could not and it was dark and we had to go 40 miles in the dark with our flashers on so it was not a good trip shod have took us 5 hours to our location but instead to us 11 hours to get to our location that was safe...Brenda B.

Having a checklist for when you return a Uhaul truck after hours and when using the mobile app, that it needs to be done at the Uhaul location. Our truck had dried blood on the walls and floor plus blood on the attic walls and floor necessitating a sanitizing hand scrubbing of all inside truck surfaces by my wife. Are you allowing someone to haul dead bodies or fresh meat!? This cleanup took an hour of our moving time that we did not have to spare. Plus the cab was disgustingly filthy including dirty Kleenex and tacky surfaces . Previous renter smoked in the cab, the smell was evident. Please compensate us for the cleaning effort and time spent.DARYL M.
