I only dropped off keys, so I did not go in and can only mention outside appearances. It looks very run down. "Ramshackle" is a word that comes to mind. A fresh coat of paint where it's fading weirdly, cleaning the windows and other general cleaning would go far to making it more inviting.Richard M.

Did not reserve the trailer for this location. Uhaul made us go almost 50 miles to pick it up. When you make a reservation you expect it to be where you want to pick it up.Pat S.

Had issues with our hitch. Owner went out of his way to help make it right, and fixed the problem for us. He was great! Tire went flat while it was sitting in the driveway. Had to call roadside assistance and got a new tire. That was an interesting experience that you're not asking me to rate. I didn't have cell service where the trailer was located, so I had to drive down the road to get cell signal. I was told that assistance wouldn't be dispatched until I called back when I was at the trailer location. (hard to do when you don't have a cell signal.) Had to call back and lie about my location to get anyone dispatched. I was also supposed to text or email pictures. (again, hard to do with no cell signal.) Had to walk 1/4 mile down the street and stand in the middle of the road to get any signal at all, and pictures still wouldn't go through. Took 2-1/2 hours for help to arrive because we were in a rural area (Conover/Eagle River, WI.) We were late taking off, but at least we didn't have any problems once we were on the road.Nancy D.

I was over-charged, and have been waiting for 3 weeks for my refund. I asked for someone to call me back when they got in, when I returned the equipment and no one ever did. I have called them three times now. They keep telling me they will call me back and never do. I was over-charged, and the truck leaked gas. They did nothing to rectify the fact that the gas I paid for leaked all over the place. I was told I was getting one insurance and then they charged me for the most expensive insurance without my knowledge. I was told they would not be open when I requested to pick up my equipment so I had to change all my plans to accommodate them. It is all very frustrating, and I am tired of calling and trying to get this taken care of, without any success.Debra W.
Overall, the experience with U-Haul was good - the equipment was fine and the personnel pleasant to work with. U-Haul customer service via the phone was non-existent, however. Three attempts to call CS to change the dropoff location, after being on hold for over 15 minutes the last time, I finally gave up.Todd A.

Make sure that the district reps have knowledge of the equipment and also the station reps. You have equipment on the trucks that no one have a clue how to hook it up. Also the trucks have no place to secure the inside load to.jeff K.

We were dropping of our equipment after hours and the website kept messing up when I was doing the self-return. Once we got ahold of customer service to let them know it went fine, but it took about 15 minutes for anyone to answer. Otherwise the location itself was wonderful. Thanks!Nicholas V.
Only one person working and we had to wait close to 45 minutes for him to wait on us. He only told us the truck needed to be returned on Sunday, June 3rd, he NEVER specified a time. Yes, it was on the paperwork, but we are moving and didn't look.Wesley J.

I was suppose to pick it up in Eagle River. When I stopped to check on it they didn't have one. So I had to drive 30 miles out of my way to pick it up. Not what I would call customer friendly!!Thomas D.
