I rented from the Cumberland Auto Service location and did not select a destination so I could choose one. I went to Sullivan Towing to drop it off, the website wasn't working and didn't prompt me to do anything other than drop the key off , i did that the same day i rented the vehicle. The next day i get an email saying "per our conversation" to drop it off at a different location on Sunday. That's not possible since I already returned the vehicle and dropped the key off. I was in training ALL weekend so i wouldn't of reached anybody during office hours anyways, which is why i had to drop it off the same day I got it. Spent 30 minutes on hold with the 1-800 number saturday night after my class just to resolve this issue. Why am i being told a location to drop it off at? and worded in a way "per our conversation" i've never talked to that destination location before, what conversation? I didn't consent to that, i did not agree to that.Julia D.

The staff at Sullivans Towing and Recovery refused to help me remove my car from the tow dolly. They said, "We aren't allowed". One of the tire straps was fowled and it took me about 45 min to remove the strap and pull the car from the dolly.KENNETH M.
We dropped the truck off after hours. However, U-HAUL'S Customer Service needs an upgrade! I was put on hold for over 20 minutes and when "Cheryl" answered, I explained that I was worried about getting extra charges because I couldn't send the link in on my phone because the battery had died - because the truck didn't have a hook-up for my charger. After she put me on hold, I was disconnected, and no one tried to call me back. This is a very poor way to deal with people who are trying to do the right thing and avoid unnecessary charges.Maggie L.

When I turned in the truck I showed the young lady to paperwork where the fuel markings were wrong and that the company I pick it up from in Georgetown South Carolina had Circle the correct fuel amount in the truck at half a tank and a nurse with it and given me a card to show them if they have a problem to call them. He said everything would be fine next thing I know I'm charged $25 for fuel. Also the truck was filthy when I picked it up I explained that to the young lady I was charged $25 for cleaning.Kevin F.

CHECK TIRE PRESSURES BEFORE SENDING A TRAILER OUT. I was given a trailer that had 3 tires that were each 10 psi low and one tire that was 30 psi low. Luckily I always check tire pressure before towing but the average customer probably does not. It is a huge liability to be sending a trailer out with grossly under inflated tires. Also the hydraulic brakes on this trailer were NOT functional which made my long distance drive dangerous. The nonfunctional brakes are not this location's fault but the tire pressures are.STEVEN H.

Only complaint is that drop off location given to me was far from my destination location. When I picked up vehicle I was told that I would be able to drop off vehicle at nearest UHAUL location, I just needed to call and coordinate change. When I attempted to change drop off location to UHAUL location within 1 miles from my location, I was told that I could not and had to return vehicle to location 20+ miles away.
