Sun Auto was the 3rd location that I had to go to in order to pick up my truck. The previous 2 locations that I was told to visit were closed and did not have trucks available to me as promised. This whole debacle ate into over an hour of my moving time.Alexander H.
This location was again not the one I had reserved, which would have been within walking distance of my end location. I do not understand the point of reserving a location ahead of time if we will be told at the last minute that the location has changed. This was again an additional cost to me to pay for transportation between the unplaned uhaul location and my final destination.Shelly M.

Uhaul allowed me to pick a location that isn't open anymore to drop my trailer off at. I called this location since it was close to my house and they said I could just bring it there. That was incredibly helpful. Very quick for the return too.ELLEN K.
I handed my keys to the owner of the rental location and was told I was good to go. Since then I've been called saying I hadn't returned the van (I had) and now just received a bill for multiple days. I returned it 5 hours after I rented it. Ridiculous.Matthew K.

This pick up and drop off location was very easy. I couldn't leave the truck where they instructed because another truck was in the way but otherwise the staff was very helpful.Melissa L.
Battery died and left us stuck for almost 2 hours. Prior to that (at the first location) it would not start for an hour. Service people had to come out and change the battery. This delayed my day by almost 3 hours. The truck seems old.Denise K.

The business model UHaul is following transfers responsibilities to the user/customer. Not good. The overall experience is overly complicated. It's not the users/customer responsibility to check in the vehicle. It's UHaul's. There are too many messages. It's not necessary. The bill was paid in full. No. I will not recommend t UHaul to others.Lynn T.

The return process is way too complicated. It's designed to do the job of someone renting the equipment. And the charge of $20 is coming from somewhere else. Its becoming like dealing with the airlines.Lynn T.
There's a problem. The drop off after hours was simple. Put the keys in a box. Now, There's a lengthy process to turn the vehicle in. It's all done with an app. Why? The user is doing tasks that have nothing to do with turning the vehicle in by the customer and instead are a way for UHaul to find out information about usage and save somebody time. Who, is not known. And, if the procedure is not followed exactly there's a fine of $20. That is crazy and is an incentive to not use UHaul.Lynn T.
One problem. Short on medium size boxes. All the tape is very old and tears apart when used. Very frustrating.Lynn T.
These guys were great!!!! Will definitely get the next rental from them. They let us park our car there while we loaded our truck and came back to load up our car on the vehicle mover behind our truck. They were also VERY thorough! After they strapped down the vehicle they took a few moments and just double checked everything again - like the tire pressure on one tire that looked a little low once our car was loaded. The double Verification process must be explicitly stated to the customer when they are signing up for the U-haul! We were at the location at the time of my pick up, on a strict schedule, thinking the mobile pick up would be easy, and quick - Instead it delayed our entire days schedule, and was inefficient. A seemingly easy business practice such as effective communication is absolutely how a business is deemed successful, especially in today's era of virtual communication.David W.

When I picked up the equipment, they told me I could return it anywhere. When I tried to return it to UHaul Moving and Storage of Uptown at 4055 N Broadway, the clerk refused to accept the rental and insisted that I return it to Sun Auto service. She was rude and unhelpful - and this was at a UHaul Store. Very poor experience!Stephen A.

I'm not sure it's fair to rate the location so low, rather UHaul .... my pickup and drop off locations were both changed 24 hours before pickup. Ended up having to take an Uber to pick up the UHaul instead of walk ($15) and then on the way back I had to drop it off 3 towns over ... paying a few extra bucks for mileage and gas + another 30-40 minutes out of my day.MATTHEW N.

Dash indicated one tire was low on air and passenger door wasn't shut. Not deal-breakers, but problematic. Also, there were two charges to my credit card and the amounts do not line up at all with what is given on the receipt for the individual charges. That's annoying and confusing.Monica M.

Nothing to do with this particular location. The remote check out process is very cumbersome. The worst part is that I was not informed ahead of the time to bring secondary verification with me--passport, lease etc. Nobody carry those around them all the time and asking me to produce those on the spot is ridiculous. We had to try alternate contacts several times because people do not tend to pick up calls from a random number. Please make sure you inform your future customers of the need to bring these extra documents ahead of time.Fangzhong L.
