Great personnel and decent equipment equals a winner every time. Fernando is very professional and the pricing and terms are always reasonable. I’ve used this location several times and will continue to do so.
CHRISTIAN CThe manager Jennifer was extremely rude and disrespectful to every customer she talked, even had 1 nice lady walkout and say she wasn't every coming back to that location and all she needed was one more box. I feel like she should either not be a manager because she has no idea how to talk to or treat customers or she should be fired. Completely unexpectable for a UHaul location. The assistant manager was really nice and helpful. I actually feel sorry for her Because your owners made Jennifer her boss. I will never use this location again if Jennifer is the manager at that location.

Mikhail Twhen I am reserving online. use some AI shit or simple "if then" computing. If I am renting a 4x8 trailer for a day-- do you think I need all the stuff you try to sell me, NO. so let me just rent the trailer. Now if I am renting a big truck for a few days.. ask away. It is really annoying
jeff rWe've used UHaul at least two dozen times and about 50% of those times, our pickup location gets changed just before the pickup date. I don't understand why you take reservations then change them at the last minute. The system seems to be worthless. Sun Storage was great but was farther from our home.

DAR JThis location is not a "super store" or large office area, HOWEVER it is a very convenient location and they were easy to work with and made sure you were satisfied. This is my third rental from this location.
