Not a safe location. Lots of migrant workers approached me asking for work and bothering me. Very unclean location. The person who took the truck was great and very helpful. Due to the area he did try and get me out of there quickly. I appreciated that effort.

Customer service was great. We were relocated to this location as our original location was remote and there was no cell service! It was a great inconvenience but they were very helpful at this location when we arrived.

The trailer required a jack, chocks, block for the jack to stand on. Without this, detaching from a loaded trailer is not easily done by most families. Detaching is necessary while in a hotel on a two-day drive. This was not able to be done on our trip without the use of a jack and chocks as were on older versions of U-Haul trailers.

It seems extremely unfair to me to pay $1.19 per mile and turn around and have to fill it with gas. In addition to paying for the daily usage of the vehicle. U-Haul should really revisit this price gouging parade that they have going on. Marching inflation and high prices in one by one.

The gentleman at the actual location was great a very accommodating. The regional office or corporate reservation was NOT. They cancelled my reservation twice, but the local office worked with them to put it back into place and get me the equipment I needed. Prior to showing up on site -- this was probably my worst U-Haul experience to date. Again -- the local office where we did the pick up and actually worked with folks face to face -- they were great! Tighter location -- but they helped us hook up the trailer and coached me through a couple things with the rig because it was larger.

This location needs better security because I was swarmed by day laborers who were looking for work! It was quite a troubling experience and unsafe. Lastly, I was charged for two gallons of fuel at the cost of $11.50 and I have a picture of the gas gauge that reflects the same gas level as when I picked up the vehicle I would like a refund!

Truck was filthy dirty and sounded like it was going to breakdown on the highway at any minute. Had issues with reservation. Overall bad experience!!!

It was a very cramped area and extremely busy flow of business because it was a gas station . Staff was helpful and friendly and thorough. Nobody went over the truck with me for vehicle co diction and the amount of gas that the person said was in the vehicle was actually a little less than what was in the truck. I was already pulled out of the parking lot and doing a u turn was a hassle so I co to used on .

We required a truck for a local move. The location fit our needs. The price was very reasonable and the rep who completed the paperwork was pleasant and efficient.

So upset with our recent transaction. The rep give us the wrong advice and we ended up paying the price. He recommended the van vs box truck and stated our items would fit based on the information I provided. He went on to say how he’s used the van and it’s spacious and has fit beds, couches extra. Advised I’d be transporting fourteen 4ftx2ft boxes. We ended up having to rent a pickup truck from Enterprise which was over $300 and cost more than the Uhaul van. I can’t tell you how upset I am. The box truck would have been under $300 for the day, but we ended up spending over $500. The people at this location are very limited in English and not very customer friendly so it was hard to understand and communicate. Would not recommend.

I didn't request a dolly and I was charged $47 for something I didn't use I use the online for convenience but I got over charged 😔 I left the tank fuller than how I got it but wasn't expecting to get charged $47 for items that I didn't use

I was giving directions by text and by phone to return the truck to 2220 Logan Blvd Suite 806. I had fill the gas tank just before returning it there where I was informed that they did not received truck returns at that location, and I was sent to the other side of town. So I returned the truck 8 plus miles away from there. The gas station where I returned it took the key, I explained that I had filled gas but had to drive to the correct return location after U Haul had sent me to the wrong place. The person took the keys and said I was all set. Now I see a charge for $57 in my CC from that gas station, which I did not authorized. I need that reimbursed to my credit card as this was a mistake made by U Haul, which also was an inconvenience to me to drive the extra miles. Thank you

Dangerous area. Can’t even get out of the truck before 20 - 30 people rush you for work. Location did not even identify that it represented U Haul

Long wait, gas reading was not accurate, just overall not a great spot to rent a Uhaul from.. customers fighting inside, people harrasing you outside. Will not be back. Not even sure if I was charged for the second requested dolly that they did not have.

The people that I hired to load my truck recommended by your company ruined almost all of my items the way they packed the truck. I have never had anything like this happen before it is devastating.

Hundreds of illegals in the parking lot. I did not feel safe. Did not have my rental ready but did upgrade. I still do not have a receipt but my bank was charged. I would like a receipt when I return the vehicle. I will never use this location again.

I picked up the truck with 306 miles till empty on full and returned the truck full with a 315 miles till empty and still got charged for 2 gallons of gas even though I just filled it up before returning it
