Horrible experience all the way around! I booked my u-haul 2 weeks in advance online, it offered me $30 cheaper to return the rental farther away so I accepted that. When i went to pick up the u-haul thqt no longer existed, and I was charged more than they had said. It was also supposed to offer an extra day, which the date they put on my contract was 2 days out but they put I only had for one day. They also charged me for extra miles that were in the original quote, to where it doent even add up. They gave me 74 miles when google maps said it was close to 90. So on top of being charged more than what it was when I booked it, they charged me an extra $69.50 for being late and extra miles. MY CONTRACTS DATE WAS 2 DAYS AFTER MY RENTAL PERIOD STARTED AND I RETURNED IT IN 26.5 HOURS. IVE MESSAGED U-HAUL MULTIPLE TIMES AND THEY WONT REAPOND. THIS IS A SHADY COMPANY THAT I WILL NEVER SO BUSINESS WITH AGAIN!!!Thomas S.

I rented a 6x12 covered trailer. I don't understand why a trailer that size and tongue weight don't have a jack. Someone is going to get hurt trying to pick it up to set it on the hitch. The other complaint I have is U-Haul. They change my pick up location three times.William B.

We brought the truck to this location. The girl working said she didn't know how to accept the truck, could we come back in an hour when Amber is there. So, we go back in 2 hours and Amber says the same thing, she doesn't know how to take the truck back. She requests that we come back at 9am the next morning and talk to Julie. This is ridiculous and a disrespect for our time. This location should not be a drop off location if only one person knows the procedures. Awful!Joseph L.

Uhaul reservations told me this location had all the furniture pads that I would need!! When I went to pickup the truck and pads, no pads were available for my reservation. You failed on my reservation and did nothing to compensate me having to drive to a different location to pickup pads. I rent alot of uhaul's and this is just wrong!!!DUANE F.

Nothing went right with this rental. The pick up location was changed, never received text, email or phone call. I had uploaded my license before arriving to save check in but check was slow. Went outside and tracks were covered w it's snow and ice which I had remove. Both tire straps terrible condition: frazzled ends, one side had strap that was split in half , and other side straps I found had tore and was to short to secure tire. This trailer should never had been allowed out for rental. Also I had move another car hauler out of way. I made my reservation 2 days in advance and trailer was not maintained and ready go. Totally disappointed and would never recommend.Alan D.

Lady at the location could not check out equipment. Took over an hour to get trailer. The trailer assigned to me smelled like hogs been hauled in it. The lady at the location told us to just pick a trailer and go. Had to call 1-800 go uhaul to get trailer properly checked out to me.Craig F.
Truck area had to be swept out before loading. Did not have all blankets I ordered. Did not bring triuck up to me. Told me where was parked and to bring it up myself where available blankets were loaded Good thing was this place was open on SundayKaren Z.

This may not be the locations fault, but the $25 insurance fee was on the bill and should not have been. Associate could not immediately take off, but said that I will receive a credit. Would think each location should be able to correct a charge on-site. Other than that, interaction was good.SCOTT B.
