I absolutely had the best experience. I was in the thick of moving and hired movers through U-Haul and didn’t realize I needed to rent my own truck. I quickly called this location and was able to secure a truck instantly. The team with very kind and helpful. They moved expeditiously to get me in and out and ensured that I had everything I needed. It was a smooth quick in and out process
Alexis C26' truck is designed for a tall person. I don't consider myself short, but the seat/headrest are definitely proportioned for taller folks. The steering wheel was nearly in my lap when seat was positioned for my feet to reach the pedals.

OLUSOLABOMI OTruck was fine and the move which was completed in 7 hours was uneventful. What was surprising was seeing additional charges at dropoff on my receipt. I was told any mile over the designated 54 would be charged at .20/mile extra. Instead, I see additional fees of $1.00/mile + an $8 cleaning fee which was not disclosed. Neither of these charges are reflected in the contract either. Be very careful of all the undisclosed hidden fees.

LISA WI'm thankful for the easy pickup of the trailer. However, I was very disappointed in the timing of the hitch install last minute cancellation from U Haul. Very irresponsible. Thankfully I was able to find an alternative at the last second. $350 nore expensive. F**k UhAul!

Alicia MTruck and windshield were filthy. Open holes in the roof patched with tape. Passenger side mirror was loose and useless causing a safety issue while driving. Check out was painfully slow...claimed it was due to uhaul corporate issues with website

Timothy PEverything went very smooth. Making reservation online was easy. When it was time to pick up my 15ft truck, one was not available. I was given a 20ft for same price. Everyone at this location were very helpful and courteous.
