After my reservation was changed this morning, I was told I’d get a 15’ truck but showed up and the 10’ was available, which is fine it’s what I initially wanted. The problem came when the truck I was switched into, (15’) wasn’t there. An hour later they were able to switch my reservation to the truck available (10’) was still charged for the 4hr rental.

Was not expecting a mini-mart. Took forever to checkout due to all the regular customers. Also, had planned to buy a mattress bag, but location has no u-haul supplies. Had to drive across town and go to six different auto parts stores to find a trailer wiring adapter… new trucks have 6-pin round and all the u-haul trailers are 4-pin flat! Mini/mart did not have adapters.
Rod WI was charged $15 for save movers and I didn’t request that. So it was added to my reservation without asking me.

Nathan OWhen i got to the location to pick up my truck, a mobile login one wasnt there like I scheduled. So I had to drive to another location. I scheduled days before, someone could have told me it wouldnt be there ahead of time vs waiting my time and gas.

Shelly WSo, the last review appears to have been written by an impatient person. The people in charge took a little bit to get through learning, but they were kind and very helpful. With more experience, this location can get up to speed, I'm sure. Took me 15 minutes to get on the road with my U-Haul. Very convenient location.
MANUEL DTerrible, didn’t know how to check someone in, I did the pre online check in and it still took 30 mins at the counter for them to finish and give me keys after he talked to 3 different people for help. Down right terrible.
