When I arrived the only help available was a young women who had little if any knowledge of the trailers. She expected me to remove the trailer myself and that she needed to stay at the hotel desk. I informed her that the trailer was too heavy to lift. She got a friend and they brought a jack. She did not know where to place the jack. I showed her and she began to lift the trailer with the jack. I told her she needed to chock the back wheels but she ignored me. When the trailer released it rolled backward and off the paved lot into the grass. This drop off location should be discontinued until they are able to adequately staff.

Provide more signage to direct customers as to where they should park/pick up the equipment.

This place is crazy...trucks all over 2 hotel lots and you have to find yours and return it to the same space. Things were added to my reservation (pads and dolly) that I didn't reserve or need. I thought we got it cleared up, but, it was on my final invoice. A person called me 3 days later to verify I didn't get or order those. I verified. Got "corrected" invoice. Still there. Went in just now, as there still hadn't been a correction, and was told the mgr had corrected it, and my conversation cut off. My credit card shows no correction, so, I guess I'm out that $. I tell people to avoid this location.

Worst uhaul experience of our lives. Totally incapable people. The 6x12 pull trailer we rented had no jack, extremely heavy to lift to get on a hitch. (Then also struggled getting it off the hitch with no help). This a LAWSUIT WAITING TO HAPPEN had someone gotten hurt! You cannot continue to rent these trailers like this. The staff at the Rochester location does not know what they are doing. Terrible terrible experience.

Truck was dirty inside-mud on seats - mud 1/2” thick on the break pad. Smelled like smoke, asked if we could have something to clean it up with and got a blank stare, brought it back with more fuel than we got it with and was still charged 30.00 fuel surcharge and 7.50 for 2 gallons of gas. Refused to settle the billing at drop off - said they would do it later. This was a very bad representation of UHaul. We have never had such a bad experience with a rental.

They over charged us, checked it in late charged us for using more gas than we used

I put 1/4 tank of gas extra and they charged me for gas saying it is less than when I got it. It was under 1/2 full when we got it, not at 3/4 tank like this paper says.

I recommend taking your business away from this location (Super 8 Hotel) I returned the u haul I rented with more gas in it than what it had in it when I got it!!!!! Sper 8 charged my card an extra $174.05!!!!! When we contacted them they gave us the run around and said the manager would call us back after multiple phone calls to them!!!!! If this is the way u haul is going to treat people I would not recommend them to anyone as long as they are partners with Super 8!!!!! I think my card should be refunded no questions ask!!!!! The u haul company in Logansport Indiana said they should not have charged us anything!!!!! Logansport u haul was great to deal with!!!!! Thank you, Carol & Max Colvin

Drop off was listed as Super 8 but was actually behind the quality inn as instructed by individual at the Super 8, i asked if there is anything i needed to do and she said no, when i moved it to the other location checked the app and went through the instructions and added pictures. No issues with the trailer.

These people are thieves and tricksters . Do not under any circumstances rent or buy anything from them.

Customer service was extremely slow. Truck was very dirty and ran really rough. Glad we weren't going far...I would have been nervous to take that truck out of town.

Have car haulers at more locations. This location had 3 but the closest location had none

This location is run out of a small hotel and not very well marked. Clerk was very friendly and helpful.

Thr guy working with me had my contract all messed up had to get customer service on the line he was on the phone with xfinity the whole time so just made things 10x harder
