The person I talked with was very friendly, but left me feeling anxious because he could not answer my questions about how I return the rental. However, he did provide information on how uhaul will check over the vehicle at sometime, he was unsure of when. Again, he was very friendly and wished he could help provide me with the information I was seeking.

Location was not prepared for anything. Told me at first I couldn’t take the truck I reserved but that I had to take a bigger one cause the one I reserved was a one way only truck they told me. But after talking with them they eventually gave me the truck I requested. I still haven’t received a receipt from the rental but the payment is pending in my bank. Overall just very unprofessional and wanted to make me pay more for things I didn’t request.

To whom it may concern, On Saturday September 23, 2023 I rented a 15’ truck “one-way rental” from Uhaul Burr Ridge, IL location with a drop-off at your Franksville, WI location. I dropped off the truck on Saturday evening approximately at 6:00PM. I went inside the Convenient Mart and told the employee I was dropping off my “one-way” truck rental. The young man asked me to park the truck in back. I swept out the cargo area of the truck and walked back into the Convenient Mart and told the young man I was done. He said he would check in the truck tomorrow (Sunday) morning. On Sunday morning, I received my Uhaul receipt. The receipt showed a $25.00 cleaning fee. On Sunday afternoon, I drove back to the Convenient Mart and asked why I was charged $25.00. He showed me a picture of the cargo area of the truck…………. I showed him my picture from Saturday (which was not the same). I asked him: “why didn’t you check in my truck last evening (Saturday) when I was here?????? Why did you wait until this morning (Sunday)?????? Anybody could have messed with the truck last night (since there in NO LOCK on the cargo door. This young man said (and I quote): “get the F..K OUT of my store”………… I said why………… because I asked why you didn’t check in the truck yesterday……………????? He said again……….. get the “F..K” out of my store. Attached please find picture of the CLEAN truck from Saturday evening and a picture of the employee that told be to get the “F..k out” Thank you in advance for reading my concern. This was my first time using the 24/7 truck share system. The location had nothing to do with my pickup or dropoff, and only provided a safe location to do so. The process was a nightmare. I had to sit on the chat line to get anything done. My wife, who was the emergency contact, was at work, and only accepts phone calls from known numbers during the time. So they texted her a number that they'd be calling from, an 833 number. They then called from an 800 number so it went straight to voice mail. We waited approximately 20 minutes for what turned out to be a 12-second call. Most of it coming in the form of a statement that was delivered in a poor manner, as if the person calling was angry she had to do this job. My wife got out "Hello" and "yes" before being hung up on. I then heard nothing for a half-hour, until someone finally came on chat and told me that the process was complete. It was only after I started the process that the email arrived stating this. HOWEVER... My reservation was for 5pm. I didn't gain access until 5:50pm. Amazingly, the system still told me that I had to have the van back by 7pm, in the two hour window I had requested. So after taking care of taking care of what I had rented the van for in the first place, I very nearly got it back at 7pm, having to rush through many tasks I shouldn't have had to rush through. I have no hestistance to suggest U-Haul to my friends and compatriots, as I have had nothing but good service from walking in and picking up a reservation from a human being. But the 24/7 service? Nope. It has too many bugs that need to be worked out in order to gain any of my confidence back. To sum: I had a great time in the van, it served my needs quite well. The reservation process was quick and painless, BUT the service I recieved waiting to get said van WAS HORRIBLE. Talk to a person at a physical location. You'll get better results.

Make sure the vehicles battery is good to go before renting it out so that it does not need to be jumped to get it restarted again at the gas pump!

I returned Saturday and they mark the vehicle returned on Sunday @ 2:00 pm so I was charged a late fee.

What a dump! No boxes, no blankets, and not my chosen location for pickup. One person at the location trying to help other customers meaning constant interruptions. Should have used Budget.

Had to come to this location due to a double booked truck. It turned into a nightmare during our move, which was already stressful enough. Our move got delayed hours due to the double booking. The staff at EZ Storage in Kenosha was pleasant to work with. The staff at super mart was not so easy. She indicated the truck was not damaged in any way, I have several pictures showing with time stamps showing damage. She could not get us everything we ordered with the truck. Wrong amount of blankets in the back and blamed me for it. Ordered a dozen blankets, only 11 in there. She said I would have to pay for that one even though the truck never came with a full 12. We ordered an appliance dolly, got a utility dolly instead.

Great location for those of us on the west side of Racine County. Convenient for getting gas at drop off. Nice staff.

The 5 stars are for Julie. Friendly and very helpful. We really struggled with using the mobile app (at least one hour spent picking up and half hour spent trying drop off before giving up). We kept getting error messages with location recognition even though it was on. Thanks for your help Julie!

Was also a gas station cashier so he did not spend much time with me. He was good, and just had me move the truck to the back of he vehicle. I did not think that I had gone over the mileage allowed, but did not check it.

Fix your mobile app it would not upload the picture of the odometer and fuel gauge when I dropped off the truck. I had to return when the facility was open to complete the return of the truck.

The two equipments I asked for, was not in the truck. I paid extra. 14 dollars wasted. Will not use this location again

Have the truck available when it’s supposed to be. Took over an hour and forty-five minutes on the phone with company to get keys from lock box due to system not allowing online check in. Was the most trouble I have ever had renting a U-Haul. I will never rent from you nor recommend you again.
