Pickup went well. Location was easy to find and it was also easy to find the truck and keys. I was a little unhappy with having to pick up at this location as it was a bout 15 miles from my home and there were many closer locations.

Same problem with the App. The drop-off button didn't respond. The lady there didn't know how to use the App neither, but was able to take my key.
Bing YThey had no idea what to do. she stated i don't know how to do this just go on line. Her English was terrible kept saying no idea what to do not helpful at all.
CYNTHIA Raccessing my truck was a long process. i had to do it through the mobile app which was not user friendly all, When I finally got my access to the truck, the lock box they referred me to had no key. I ended up calling customer service and it took me 10 minutes to get a person to talk to. they were able to help me and gave me the combination for the other lock box and the key was in that one. The whole process took me 45 minutes from the time I arrived at the location. This was not a good experience and I wouldn't recommend anyone use this service. Moving is a very stressful time and adding this experience to the day made it worse.
Debbie LLocation not bad. U-Haul self service software itself is TERRIBLE. To access my delivery I had to sign in twice in the same app. Additionally after following all drop off/pickip steps there is no button to click to complete the process so I had to call the local team to get support in closing out my order. As far as customer support quality in completing there was plenty of room for improvement; specifically in not telling me that it’s possible that I will be charged for days beyond my rental and instead making action to ensure I am only charged for what I used it. Overall the rental process was one of the worst I have experienced.
