The reason for my rating is while the truck itself was in great condition and we had no issues with that whatsoever, the whole pickup of the truck was a nightmare. The location has HORRIBLE cellular connection, yet you have to do the entire pickup process through the App - there was no one available when I called the number posted on the door to assist even though they said they would return my call right away. Then after about 45 min I got a text message that said they were closed and 'didn't have enough coverage to assist so I'd need to contact Uhaul" which I did. I had to walk up to the highway in order to have any connection to the chat with Uhaul - after about another 35 min we were able to get 'approved' to receive the key. Then when we went to get the truck, we couldn't get any of the photos to upload - again, because they have no cellular connection in that area. So my husband just took time stamped pictures on his phone of the trucks condition so we can provide those if necessary as there was some damage to the front bumper when we got the truck. Would never order from this location again for those two reasons - no -backup help while the owners are on vacation and no ability to actually use their app - they need to put in a cell booster or something if they are going to continue renting trucks from that site.

My original reservation was at another location and when I arrived to pick up truck they weren't even around so I called Superior and they immediately grabbed my reservation and when I got there 15 minutes later the manager was waiting with the key box code for me and off I went!!
