Adam BartlettSupreme Paint & Dent did a great job in an unfortunate situation. The U-Haul app and web application is plaque with technical issues resulting in delays at pickup, not Supreme's fault. The truck that was reserved for me was just returned that morning in awful shape, requiring it to be clean. Staff came in on their day off to get the truck ready, however, this made the back of the truck wet which caused several of our boxes to get soggy.

Bill SandersThe inside was nasty, front windshield had smudge marks on inside of window, cup holders looked like they had mould growing in them. The blankets I rented smelled so musty and stank badly!! Uhual, do better. U charge a pretty penny for a few kms at least hold a higher standard! The retailer, even rented it with less than a 1/4 tank of fuel and then asked me to fill it up. U-Haul you have gone down hill.

Gursandeep Singh MundiI had ordered a truck with a dolly. The dolly was not in the truck. When we got into the truck, there was only 1/4 of gas. The key drop/pick up box would be more convenient if with the trucks.
Katie SmithI have been renting truck at this location every month to pick up pallets of food from Food Bank. The owner at this location who is very nice ask me to leave the pallets in the truck. She’s building something at her yard that she could use the pallets. I have been leaving the pallets in the truck ever since. The last truck I rented, when I opened the truck back at the food bank location to get my orders, I notice there was 2 tires with rims. Perhaps from the previous rental but NOT my tires. After dropped off, I received an extra bill for $100. I called the location to get an explanation because the truck was clean except the pallets and the tires that was in when I picked the truck up and did not know till I got to the loading location. The husband of the owner picked up the phone and he will not let me explain why the pallets or the tires were in the truck. He was very rude, asked me who do I think I am and hung the phone. I called back to try and explain and he told me never to come there again and hung the phone on me again without giving me the chance to explain myself. I will be lodging a formal complain to U-haul. I have a voice recording proof of the wife telling me to leave the pallets in the truck. And the guy at Food Bank has agree to provide U-Haul his contact to let them know when I got to there location, the tires were at the back and he had to wait for me to push them further in before he can load.

Grant SchatzInside of cab was not very clean. No trash, just not very clean. Not a big deal, it’s a pickup truck. Air pressure alert was on when I got in. I think it unlikely it had JUST gone on.

He forgot to put the wheel cart in the truck I rented , had to turn around after I left and get the cart.

Lisa CARDINALTrailer rental. Why are the biggest trailers have their tongue sitting on the ground? I was expected to lift the tongue off the ground and place on the ball of my vehicle. I needed your staff to help me lift the trailer by hand. Afterwards, during normal business hours, there wasn't anyone there to help me (or others) remove the trailer off the vehicle. My wife and I had to do this alone. We're both seniors. Also, I was force to buy a (Uhaul) electrical wire adapter connector for your out dated connections. ($35) Why should anyone buy parts for your trailers? And why aren't there tongue jack's on your heavy trailers?

I paid more for insurance and rental through the store than I would have online. Not impressed

MARY READOver charging on stupid things. Next time I won’t be the nice guy and put alittle extra fuel in to be a nice guy I will fill it to the bare minimum. Multi million dollar company seems to be the biggest scam’s congratulations won’t ever use again

Cory HolteLocation does not have basic tools to help change a 2 5/16" ball to a 2" ball. Guy got offended when I said I was amazed they don't have such basic tools. They are there just to take you money and not provide a service.

Lance StrangwardRenting from Supreme Paint & Dent was great! Dealing with UHaul was a total NIGHTMARE!! I booked a van 2 months ago with High End Convenience in Leduc. When I showed up to pick it up, there was no van! They did not care. UHaul could have notified me that there would be no van and could have booked one at another location ahead of time. I was out an extra cab fare to travel to another UHaul dealer. A reservation and customer service means absolutely nothing to UHaul.
