It was a scary drive for me. The driver side mirror is loose and drifts out of position when driving on the HWY. I was totally blind sided for most of the trip. Please take that car off the road until you fix it. Thank you.

I booked at a different location that was meant to be open at 8am. It was not open at 8am. It was not open at 9am. An hour of my time was wasted and the customer service person on the call transferred me to this farther away location. I should be reimbursed for my wasted time, and I should be reimbursed for the extra miles I had to drive and yet I was offered no reimbursement ..

Just want to acknowledge the person who helped us during our pick up of the truck last Saturday Morning August 22nd , I didn’t get his name but he was very helpful and nice to approach. I will comeback again this weekend at this location because we are moving our stuff in our storage. Organized location definitely recommend!

The original one I was to pick up was clean and well maintained. The one I wound up taking out, because the one I was supposed to have was blocked, sadly, was not clean. But it was in good shape. Other than all the bugs, the food, and what looked like a spilled drink in the cab. But I think it was because it was a recent drop-off, and I cannot blame the guys at this location for this. The store had just opened, and this was the easiest way to get things moving. Was it clean? No. Was it a good location? Yes, it was.

Customer Service was very bad. They don't tell you anything, no paperwork, took our credit card and put a hold on it. I had to go back and ask for a contract, and he said, it's in the email. They should tell you that the trucks are in miles not kilometers so it's transparent. When we returned, the guy did not have the time of day. He was busy with the store he runs. He just said, leave the keys and he will email the final payment and invoice. We would never used them again..

Not have customers drive 2.5 hours to pick up a reserved truck. This caused me to be 5 hours behind and forced a late departure missing my deadline for my move. I had an elevator time booked at my new apartment. The entire experience was very poor. This was not even including the 3.5 hours I spent on hold! I have screen shots of this. If it wasn’t for the reduced price I had recieved I would have given this a 1 star at best. This entire situation put such a sour taste in my mouth, that I will never again use U-Haul for any reasons. The truck was spotless in every nook and cranny though. That’s a huge plus.

Equipment was in a bad shape, the wheel cover panel that swings out was held together by a bolt wasn’t repaired properly and it kept getting stuck almost cut myself trying to pull it out to open the car door. Trailer jack was busted , it was soo stiff even the person who hooked us up at the location had a hard time turning it Ratchet straps were frayed really bad I have rented a lot of trailers from u haul in past too but this was the far most worse one

Wost experiences, lack professionalism, wasted our time, gas tank was refileled but they end up charging the credit card again for gas. Did not provide a pickup paperwork and charged us for their errors, even after showing them the picture of the gas tank. Completely not recommending this location.

Had an unfortunate circumstance happen, needed the truck for an extra 12 hours, was roughly 27 hours total. Got charged for 48 hours, double insurance charge. And returned the truck an hour early, completely clean, and put $100 of gas in for the 40 miles we put on it. No compassion for circumstances, and a $300 bill during a move we could barely afford in the first place.

Truck was fair away from my house so extra 60ish for gas. They didn’t have the moving blankets I ordered or an ice scraper for the truck in the middle of winter. The appliance dolly wheels didn’t roll barely. U-Haul doesn’t fill up the trucks anymore and they make you estimate exactly how much gas to put in based on pictures of the tank. Try to find non U-Haul options and you will be happy. The seats were comfy though. Their app sucks too. You have to upload pictures of your license, face and someone else they can ai call to verify. That process takes about 15-20 minutes if you are budgeting your time.

The people at the counters are polite and exceptional. However, I have to take one point out because the store hours aren’t follow properly. I have a schedule for 8 AM on Sunday and found the store still closed and with 2 other clients trying to reach out but no contacts after whatsoever. It did opened at 10:30am and got my U-haul. Overall, good service but need disciplines on opening hours throughout the week.

Thanks for being considerate, I know my rental truck should be used within 24 hours and I took it the next day just because I needed a hand or another lifting guy so it takes time to find someone but I returned it on time without penalty.

Give them a full gas tank. I've rented from your competitors and it's easy. You have a full tank when you pick it up so I know I have enough for my trip. When I return it I fill it until it's full and everyone's happy. When I picked up the truck from Uhaul it had 5/16 of a tank so I had to get gas right away. I have no idea what the fuel consumption is on a 26 foot truck so I put in $75. When I returned the truck it was over half full. I obviously put in more than I used. The attendant did say thank you though.
