Can’t U-Haul get a location closer to Cochrane or Airdrie?
Alvin ACustomer Service was very bad. They don't tell you anything, no paperwork, took our credit card and put a hold on it. I had to go back and ask for a contract, and he said, it's in the email. They should tell you that the trucks are in miles not kilometers so it's transparent. When we returned, the guy did not have the time of day. He was busy with the store he runs. He just said, leave the keys and he will email the final payment and invoice. We would never used them again..
